Amid a raging storm, Dhruv shows unexpected concern for Isha, urging her to stay at the office overnight for her safety. His genuine worry contrasts with his usual demeanor, leaving Isha conflicted. Meanwhile, both Isha and Om yearn for each other, yet neither can voice their feelings.
The next morning, Isha tries to call home but finds the office network down. Dhruv reassures her, offering to drop her home himself. Meanwhile, Om returns to a tense household, where the family is frantic over his and Isha’s absence during the storm. His anxiety spikes when he realizes Isha still hasn’t returned.
Relief floods Om when Isha finally arrives safely. Overwhelmed with emotion, he embraces her—until the questions begin. Where was she all night? How did she get back? To avoid suspicion, Isha spins a lie, claiming she took an auto-rickshaw home.
But Gayatri isn’t fooled. She presses for details—office location, company name—under the guise of future emergencies. Isha dodges, but Gayatri’s suspicion deepens. Insisting the family should thank Isha’s boss for sheltering her, she corners Isha, demanding his name. When Isha hesitates, Gayatri drops the bombshell: Dhruv is her employer.
Exposed, Isha stands accused of deceit as Gayatri reveals Dhruv dropped her home. Enraged, Om snatches Isha’s phone and calls Dhruv, whose knowing response confirms the betrayal. Om erupts, condemning Isha’s months of lies. Desperate, Isha explains she only worked for Dhruv out of financial necessity, but Om, heartbroken, refuses to listen—trust between them now shattered.
