The family’s hostility toward Isha weighs heavily on Om. Later, Tara calls Isha to the hospital, revealing a hidden message from her sister pleading for help. Torn between her family’s turmoil and Tara’s desperate plea, Isha is left wondering—how can she possibly save everyone?
