Om excitedly shares his exam results with Gayatri, thoughtfully asking if she needs water. Jagdish, overwhelmed with pride, praises Om, who then takes him aside. Expressing gratitude, Om recalls how Jagdish spent 10 lakh rupees on his wedding and now, as a working professional, he begins repaying the amount in small installments, handing over some cash. Touched, Jagdish refuses, saying Om will always be his little brother, but playfully adds that once Om earns more, he can spend lavishly on him. Gayatri, witnessing the exchange from afar, mistakenly assumes Jagdish gave Om money.
Late at night, Om carefully gets out of bed but accidentally wakes Isha. He struggles to explain the strange, fluttery feeling inside him—like butterflies in his stomach, an urge to smile for no reason. Isha initially thinks he’s describing love, but Om clarifies it’s the unfamiliar joy of achieving something through pure hard work, without shortcuts. Isha suggests celebrating, leading them to the terrace with gulab jamuns. Om credits her for his success, and she advises him to stay honest and dedicated. He promises to make her proud.
The next morning, at the Lotus Hotel, a woman named Tara returns Isha’s lost earrings. Grateful, Isha invites her inside. Before Tara can explain her reason for being there, Prabha rushes in, announcing Minister Raghavendra Thakur’s arrival. As Isha and Gayatri welcome the minister, Tara suddenly screams, accusing RT of knowing her missing sister’s whereabouts. Security drags her away, but RT instructs his team to investigate. Though the minister dismisses the incident, Isha feels unsettled by the strange encounter.
