Om and Miley are arguing outside Geeta’s house when Geeta steps out and sarcastically asks Miley if she came out to throw garbage or to chat with “this garbage,” pointing at Om. When Om tries to speak, Geeta cuts him off, telling him to stay away. She asks Miley about the dahi vada, to which Om replies that he brought it. Geeta mocks him, assuming he must have found a job and is now showing attitude. She brings up the past drug case, but Miley defends Om, stating he was falsely accused. An argument breaks out between Om and Geeta, ending with her demanding that Om ask Isha to repay the ₹5 lakh loan she took for their wedding. Geeta tells Miley to quietly come inside, hide the dahi vada, and not reveal the truth to anyone.
Meanwhile, Isha resumes working at a nightclub but forgets to inform Om due to her hectic workload. After finishing his shift, Om heads to the Lotus Hotel to pick her up and bumps into Gayatri. With a knowing smile, she asks if he’s looking for someone. Annoyed, Om tells her to stop interfering. Gayatri cryptically says the person he’s looking for will be free around 1 a.m. Om suspects she’s given Isha extra work on purpose, but Gayatri clarifies that Isha left an hour ago and had taken on additional tasks by choice. She then reveals that Isha is working at a nightclub as a hostess.
Frustrated, Om heads straight to the club. He finds Isha working there, dressed in her office attire—a short skirt and shirt. He approaches her, furious, demanding to know how she could decide to work at such a place. He declares that no daughter-in-law of Ram Bhavan should be seen in a place like this and orders her to change and come with him. Isha calmly admits she should have told him but insists he has no right to control her life. Om suddenly bursts into laughter, revealing he was joking. He assures her that he has no issues with her working anywhere and that he fully trusts her and respects her hard work. He promises to pick her up at 1 a.m. after finishing his overtime. Isha is moved by his support and thanks him.
Later that night, as Om and Isha return home, they find his mother, Jagdish, and Chutki waiting, all looking unusually serious. Fearing Gayatri might’ve exposed Isha’s job, they brace for confrontation. But Jagdish simply asks Om to check his phone—his exam results are out. Both Om and Isha panic as they open the link. To their shock and joy, Om has passed. The family congratulates him with hugs and smiles. Om’s mother credits Isha for his success, but she insists it was all his own effort. Jagdish thanks her nonetheless. Om shares the good news with Gayatri, leaving her stunned.
