Isha attends another job interview where the interviewer expresses willingness to hire her but insists on verifying her background. Upon contacting her previous employer, Gayatri, the interviewer is informed that Isha was accused of stealing ₹2 lakhs. Based on this, the job offer is withdrawn.
That evening, a visibly upset Isha returns home. Gayatri, sipping tea, casually asks Janki to serve Isha a cup too, assuming she’s been rejected again. Frustrated, Isha confronts Gayatri, accusing her of deliberately sabotaging her opportunities. Gayatri feigns innocence, but a heated argument erupts over the reference issue.
Suddenly, officials arrive at Ram Bhavan with court stay orders and documents permitting construction on the property. Jagdish informs Acharya that the opposing party has issued a notice of no intent and plans to proceed with construction. As measurements begin, Acharya becomes overwhelmed and collapses. Jagdish pleads for time, citing Acharya’s deteriorating health.
Om consoles Acharya, assuring him they will protect Ram Bhavan at any cost. After the officials leave, Acharya and Janki turn to Gayatri for help. Gayatri agrees to save the house but sets a harsh condition: Om must transfer his share of the property to her name.
Om is shocked, calling her demand inappropriate given the situation. Jagdish questions her intentions, but Gayatri insists she won’t budge. She claims she needs security for emptying her bank account and wants to ensure that no one, including Jagdish or Nyasa, can walk away without settling the debts.
Om finally agrees that if they fail to raise the money within 48 hours, he will hand over his share to her.
