Om wakes up in the middle of the night, shaken by a nightmare of the third-degree torture he endured during his one night in jail. Isha comforts him, offering water and helping him settle back to sleep. Troubled by Om’s condition, she resolves to help him overcome his fear.
The next morning, Isha takes Om for a walk. When he sees constables nearby, panic sets in and he tries to retreat, but Isha gently holds his hand and encourages him to stay. She tries to lift his spirits by offering golgappas, but Om, still distressed, walks away.
Days later, Angad and Murari clean Om’s old bike and bring it home. Isha informs Om that she’s spoken to his company and arranged for his job to be reinstated. Om, however, feels overwhelmed and withdraws. Concerned, his friends and Isha brainstorm ways to help him return to his old self.
One morning, Murari brings a scooty and hands the keys to Isha. She convinces a reluctant Om to come outside. When he refuses, Isha theatrically pretends to trip on the scooty, prompting Om to rush over. She admits she was faking just to cheer him up and insists on taking him for a ride—her turn after all the times he’s given her one. Om agrees, and she drives him to Murari’s garage.
There, Om finds a setup with tubelights, glass bottles, and other breakable items. Isha explains that the setup is meant to help him release his suppressed anger and fear. Om resists, saying he can’t, so Isha, Murari, and Angad begin smashing the objects themselves. Encouraged by their support, Om finally picks up the hockey stick and begins breaking things—each strike representing someone or something he’s holding pain for. Overwhelmed, he breaks down in tears.
During the outburst, a shard of glass injures Isha’s hand, but she stays silent. After releasing his emotions, Om feels lighter and hugs his friends. He then hugs Isha tightly, thanking her. Seeing her injury, he tends to her wound, and for the first time in a while, Isha sees him smile.
Meanwhile, Garima calls Gayatri in tears, begging her to bring her husband back home. Gayatri sternly tells her to stop crying and explains that Amitabh had to go undercover to avoid being caught in the drug case. As Om and Isha return home, visibly happier, Gayatri watches them with growing resentment.
