Gayatri confronts Om, demanding to know how he got a job overnight after his name was removed from the list. Om dismisses her suspicions, insisting she focus on the fact that he’s employed now. Gayatri hints that a woman is behind his success, and Om agrees—crediting his mother and wife.
She claims Isha played the biggest role in securing Om’s job and demands an explanation for Isha’s late-night absence. Gayatri reveals that Isha returned home at 4 AM with Jagdish, questioning what she was doing outside so late without a job. Om defends Isha, insisting there’s no connection, but pressures her to respond.
Overwhelmed with fear and shame, Isha stays quiet until Gayatri directly accuses her of meeting the PA. Om, furious, shakes her and demands the truth. Isha admits she went to the PA’s office, sparking Gayatri’s outrage—she condemns Isha for meeting a “characterless man” after his assault attempt. Humiliated, Isha runs to her room in tears, locking the door behind her.
Though Om trusts Isha, he’s hurt by her secrecy. Munna Bhaiya later reveals that Om got the job through the PA’s referral, deepening the confusion.
That night, Mala arrives and urges Isha to share what really happened. Isha explains she set a trap for the PA, exposing his misconduct in front of his wife, witnesses, and the police—leading to his arrest. Mala praises Isha’s bravery, but Isha is heartbroken that no one in the family defended her against Gayatri’s accusations. Devastated, she retreats upstairs, feeling betrayed by those she trusted.
