Gayatri invites a special guest to his office and assigns Isha to oversee his comfort, including preparing lunch. When the guest begins eating, Isha stops him from having the salad, warning it contains allergens like peanut butter. Her alertness earns praise, much to Gayatri’s annoyance.
Meanwhile, Om is scolded by his manager for reckless driving while transporting a passenger. Elsewhere, Mili and her mother-in-law go vegetable shopping, where Mili unexpectedly meets Anshu. Their joyful reunion is cut short when Anshu’s mother coldly intervenes, dragging her away while snubbing Mili.
Back at the office, R.D. Sir enjoys the meal and commends Isha’s efforts, deepening Gayatri’s resentment. Isha then notices R.D. Sir left his money bag behind and arranges for Om to deliver it. Despite Gayatri’s irritation at seeing Om, Isha ignores her. However, Om witnesses R.D. Sir threatening someone at gunpoint but pretends not to notice. Grateful for the returned bag, R.D. rewards Om, who later shares the shocking incident with a stunned Isha.
