Inside, Isha anxiously waits for Om. When the doorbell rings, she rushes to open it—only to freeze upon seeing Dhruv standing behind her injured husband. Stunned, Dhruv demands to know what she’s doing there. Overwhelmed by painful memories of their broken marriage and her father’s death, Isha coldly declares that this is her home and Om is her husband. She questions how Om ended up in this state, and Dhruv explains he found Om drunk, stumbling into his car. Offering to help carry Om inside, Isha refuses, thanking him dismissively before shutting the door. As she struggles to support Om upstairs, Dhruv watches intently—while Gayatri observes from the shadows, smirking at the dramatic twist.

Later, Isha tucks Om into bed and falls asleep beside him. The next morning, Om wakes up haunted by Munna’s harsh words. Quietly, he prepares to leave for his Vapido job, but Isha stirs awake and stops him. She demands an explanation for last night’s incident. Om, defeated, reveals that the PA sabotaged his career, blacklisting him from government jobs forever. Calling himself a “loser,” he insists Isha deserves better—but she embraces him, fiercely defending his worth and pride in their marriage.

At breakfast, Gayatri slyly probes about Dhruv’s presence the previous night. Isha shuts her down, but the tension escalates when Dhruv calls—claiming he has Om’s wallet. Hearing Dhruv’s name, Om angrily confronts Isha, suspecting she’s still in contact with him. Gayatri fans the flames, insinuating Dhruv was overly familiar with Isha. Pulling her aside, Om accuses Dhruv of using the accident as an excuse to reconnect. The encounter leaves lingering distrust, with Gayatri eagerly plotting to exploit the growing rift.
