Rakhi Sawant gets arrested for use of objectionable language
Rakhi Sawant who has been witnessing a lot of turmoil in her personal life was arrested on Thursday (January 19) and brought to Amboli police station. Her anticipatory bail got rejected on January 18.
Actress Sherlyn Chopra had filed a complaint against Rakhi last year for use of ‘objectionable language’. The actress took to her Twitter handle and wrote about Rakhi’s arrest. Her tweet read, “BREAKING NEWS!!! AMBOLI POLICE HAS ARRESTED RAKHI SAWANT IN RESPECT WITH FIR 883/2022 YESTERDAY, RAKHI SAWANT’S ABA 1870/2022 WAS REJECTED BY MUMBAI SESSIONS COURT.”
Sherlyn’s lawyer Suhail Shariff has also confirmed the news to ETimes TV. Rakhi was supposed to inaugurate her dance academy today (Jan 19) at 3 pm.
