The Episode starts with Vedant spying on Pankhudi while she comes out of hospital. Pankhudi is on call with Ramesh and says she is reaching there. She sits in auto and leaves. Vedant goes. Sanju asks Ramesh why you are getting POA transferred on Pankhudi’s name. Ramesh says Amma is not ready to name it on your and my name and tells that after marriage, idol and God are both theirs. He asks him to get the POA transferred on his name after marriage. Pankhudi comes there. Ramesh tells that he talked to Dadi about Sanju and her marriage. Pankhudi says why so suddenly? Ramesh says it was decided as per plan. Sanju asks if she don’t want to marry him. Pankhudi says no and then says yes. She says why shall we hurry, we shall get Vedant moved from our way first. Ramesh says Dadi is ready to give POA to her
Vedant comes to Nani’s house. Purva opens the door just before he rings the bell and signs him to come inside. He says I just…Purva says I…Vedant sits on sofa. Purva says I saw you hiding, you was waiting for Pankhudi to go. Vedant says I know you will feel upset that I am doubting your sister and says I can prove. Purva says that Pankhudi is involved in this. Vedant asks do you doubt her? Purva brings the board and shows to Vedant. Vedant says house, honour and hospital and says these three things were snatched from me. He takes the pic and asks about the handwriting. Purva says it is of Pankhudi. Vedant is shocked. Purva says she has lost her baby and can’t afford to lose her sister. She asks him to say if Pankhudi is also involved. Vedant nods yes. Purva sits shockingly. Vedant says I didn’t come to increase your pain, but you have to know this truth and says if you come to know anything then tell me and take care of yourself. Purva cries. Vedant leaves from there. Purva thinks Pankhu, my sister…why she will do this. Ramesh says he talked to the lawyer about the court marriage. Sanju gets happy. Pankhudi says court marriage. Ramesh says once your marriage happens with Sanju then POA will get transferred on your name and then we will have a lavish reception. Pankhudi thinks he wants to save money with court marriage and then thinking of reception to get charity. She thinks but marriage with Sanju. She says she will marry, but needs some time to think.
Vedant meets Usha and tells her that he talked in another hospital for her job. She asks if he is blaming himself for her loss of job and tells that she now got the time to get some free time for herself.
Pankhudi comes home. Purva asks her to have tea. Pankhudi says no. Purva asks did you meet Vedant? Pankhudi asks why you are talking all nonsense things and goes to her room.
Dadi tells her family members that Ramesh wants to get Sanju and Pankhudi married and wants to shift POA to her name. Sumiti says Sanju shall get a good girl and not Purva’s sister. Narendra scolds her and tells that Pankhudi is a good girl and a good doctor. Gomti says she will marry first. Narendra asks Manjula about her opinion. Manjula says Sanju and Pankhudi like each other. Dadi says we shall think.
Pankhudi is in her room and thinks she got Purva go from Vedant’s life to marry him and thinks how she can marry Sanju. She thinks she can’t ignore POA and thinks to go with the flow. Purva hears her a bit and records her words. She thinks why Pankhudi is tensed. Dadi asks Vedant why did he go to hospital. Vedant says he went to hospital as Usha ji was getting thrown from the hospital. Dadi says you can’t go back until you prove your truth. Vedant says I am near the truth. Ramesh comes and says didn’t you tell him that he shall ask permission before coming here. Dadi says I called him here. Ramesh says who called him to hospital yesterday. Vedant says my duty. He takes Ramesh to side and says Dadi doesn’t know that her son is dealing with blackmailer. He says if you want me to hide your sin like a good son then you shall be silent like a good father. He says I forgot to show you something and shows on his mobile about the three words which Pankhudi had written. He says I know that you are part of the conspiracy, now see how I take these three things back from you. Dadi asks Vedant what are you talking to him? Vedant says about accounts, settling few things. He takes Dadi’s blessings. Ramesh gets tensed. Dadi asks Ramesh what Vedant was telling about accounts. Ramesh says Vedant thinks himself as the owner of the hospital and asks her to make Pankhudi as the head of the hospital.
Sanju comes home and sees Vedant. He says Dadi has thrown you. Vedant says are you surprised that I might return. Sanju says why will I? He shows house, honour and hospital written on the board pic to Sanju and holds his hand. Sanju says I didn’t see it before. Vedant asks him to take care and says troubles don’t knock before coming.

Purva calls Vedant and says Rahul came and said that he never asked money from Tripathi family. Vedant asks did you believe him. Purva says no. Vedant asks what about me. Purva cries.
