The Episode starts with Pankhudi calling Vedant and tells about Police about to arrest Purva. He asks about the children. Pankhudi says Dr. Rashmi and Dr. Sharma have handled them and they are out of danger. He says I will come there. Pankhudi asks her to go home and be with Purva, as Police can reach there at any time. Police Inspector comes to Sanjeevani Sadan and asks about Purva. Purva says she is Purva. Inspector tells that he wants to go to kitchen. He goes there and asks Constable to seal the kitchen. Purva asks why? Inspector tells about the children falling serious after having the cake made by her. Dadi recalls the labels were changed and tries to convince Inspector, but in vain. Inspector says they have to arrest Purva. Ramesh tells Dadi that he warned her many times, but they want to grow the snake. Dadi asks him to think about their family. Ramesh says so what and says she will bear the punishment alone. Purva says whatever happened is my responsibility and asks Inspector to come. Dadi says you can’t take her. Inspector asks her to do their work else they have to arrest her too. Dadi cries and tries to stop Purva. Purva asks her not to get scared and says she has not done not any mistake and is not scared. Inspector takes her. Dadi calls Vedant and informs him.

Sumiti tells Narendra that she saw Gomti in the kitchen last night and she had changed the labels. Narendra says he will tell Amma. Sumiti stops him and asks if he is Popat. She says Gomti must have done on Ramesh’s orders. Narendra says then he shall be quiet. Children condition deteriorates in the hospital. Doctors try to treat the patients. Inspector takes Purva to Police station and asks her to pray that nothing shall happen to any kid else she will have life imprisonment punishment.

Vedant talks to Dr. Rashmi and asks her to be with Dr. Sharma and arrange whatever they want and tells that nothing shall happen to the children. He comes home. Dadi hugs him and cries. He asks her to tell everything. Dadi tells everything. Vedant asks when did Purva stick the label? Ramesh says she has labelled our destiny bad. Vedant says not now and asks Dadi to recollect. Dadi says she had stick the label on the boxes two days back. Vedant says nothing happened when she made three cakes yesterday. He says someone changed the labels. Ramesh gets tensed. Sanju sees the patient’s parents worried and tells that Vedant will not let anything happen to children as his wife made those cakes. He says pet pujan was of his wife. Patients’ parents tell that they will shift their kids to other hospital. Inspector records the statement of Purva and she tells that she didn’t add the baking powder intentionally. Inspector threatens her. Purva cries and says she is innocent. She says Dr. Vedant is my husband.

Sanju calls Ramesh and tells that he has executed his plan well and all parents are taking their children from there and says if they all leave then who will point finger at him. Ramesh says until one-two children die Purva will not be punished, and says if children stay in the hospital then Vedant will save them. Vedant calls his friend DSP Soham and tells him about Purva. He asks him not to let her go to Lock up. DSP Soham tells that he can stop her from going to lock up till the lap reports come. Vedant calls Dr. Rashmi and asks her to stop the Patients’ parents discharging them and shifting to other hospital. Rashmi asks Pankhudi to stop patients’ discharge. DSP Soham calls inspector and asks him not to put Purva in lock up. Inspector says ok. He tells Purva that her husband can’t save him. Sanju provokes the patients’ parents. Rashmi asks him to wait. Parents threaten to send Vedant to jail. Dr. Vedant comes there and tells that I can understand what you are doing and says he brought Dr. Khare, and says he is best Paediatrician of Prayagraj and asks if they want to get their children treated here. Parent asks Dr. khare to save their children. Dr. Khare assures them. Vedant asks someone to arrange juice and snacks for the patients. Vedant gets Soham’s call and he tells that report have come, and tells that baking soda quantity was much than needed in the cake and that’s why she has to go to jail. Vedant is shocked and sits down.

Precap:
Vedant comes to meet Purva. Purva asks if he came to take her home. He says no, but assures her. He tells that police found three finger prints on the box and says one is of Purva, Dadi says one is mine. Vedant says one is of the person who changed the labels. Gomti gets shocked and gets up. Vedant and Dadi understand she is the culprit.
