The Episode starts with Purva calling Pankhudi. Pankhudi says she is going to OT and ends the call. Purva feels stressed and thinks of old stress therapy. She checks on her phone for the food and thinks to have dahi papdi chaat looking at the pic. Gomti asks Manjula what happened to Purva. Sumiti says this happens during such time and gives her example. She asks Manjula to ask Vedant. Manjula says they will tell us if there is something to share. Vedant is thinking about Purva. Pankhudi comes and asks him to have lunch with her. He says he is not hungry. Pankhudi tries to convince her and tells that whatever happened can’t be forgotten and whatever Di was wrong. Vedant says she shall get a chance to rectify her mistake. Pankhudi says but…Vedant asks her not to talk about abortion and says I can’t
Purva is going out. Gomti stops her and asks where is she going? Purva says she is going out to have dahi chaat. Manjula tells her that she will make whatever she wants and asks her not to have outside food. Pankhudi comes to room and asks Sanju if he wants to break some record by giving her 99 missed calls. Sanju says he is not understanding endometriosis and asks her to teach him. Pankhudi says she is a doctor and don’t have time to teach him. Sanju says he is stuck with the subject and asks her to teach him. Pankhudi shouts at him and insults him badly, calling him useless to live on his father’s money. She says no girl will marry him and asks him to earn some money. Purva comes to Pankhudi’s room and says you know about Rahul and me. She says I did my life’s biggest mistake by trusting Rahul and this baby became the punishment of her mistake. She says she says she don’t want this baby. Pankhudi asks did you talk to Vedant? Purva says he don’t want to abort the baby. Pankhudi asks do you want to become a mother? Purva says she wants to become mum, and wants to start family with Vedant happily. She says Vedant has refused to help me, but I am sure that my sister will help me. She asks will you help me? Pankhudi says Dr. Vedant refused for abortion and asks her to take the right decision with calm mind. Purva says I have thought enough and want to give my time to Vedant and our marriage. She asks her to agree being her sister. Pankhudi says I can understand as a sister and says if you abort this baby at this stage then you might have complication in future. Purva says she is ready. Pankhudi says I need sometime to think.
Gomti tells Sumiti that Purva’s symptoms are like 4th months pregnancy. She asks Sumiti to check the date and tell her. Sumiti says 4th month has just started so how she reached 4th month already. Pankhudi thinks she will not do this abortion, thinking of Purva’s words that she wants to start family with Vedant. Purva thinks Pankhudi shall agree. She is about to fall. Vedant comes and holds her. He makes her sit on the bed and checks her BP. After checking BP, he checks her pulse. Purva says you will not look at me now and says we have become far before the arrival of this baby and asks what will happen after he comes. Vedant asks her to have tablets on time. Purva asks can I meet my husband now if he has time. Vedant gets up upset and says he will message the prescription. Purva thinks she can’t let the distance come in their marriage.
Gomti and Sumiti come to kitchen. Sumiti asks why they are not telling us. Manjula says may be they are not telling due to the bad sight fear or may be Purva is having food poisoning. Vedant comes to room and goes to washroom. Manjula comes there and asks her to eat the food. She applies oil to her feet. Purva asks her not to touch her feet. Vedant comes there. Manjula asks Vedant to have food. She tells Purva that she understands that she is pregnant and asks her to tell what is the matter? Vedant says we will tell you once the report comes and asks her not to take tension. Manjula says ok and leaves.
Precap: Purva asks Pankhudi what is wrong in this decision. Pankhudi says I am a doctor and will not do this abortion. She says Dr. Vedant thinks that all children have the right to come in this world so I think the same.
