Ragsan- a journey CHAPTER 10

I am soooo sorryyyyy guys for being verrry late. I told that I will upload my ff but I didn’t. Actually I was out of town and then I was not well. I hope you guys will forgive me for this and guys I hope you will adjust with whatever I have written. And I promise and this time pakka wala that I will post my both ff twice or thrice a week. So lets stop the bak bak and continue with the chapter. I hope you will like this chapter too and support me.

The engagement day

We can see that Ap and Dp were giving instructions to servant’s and sujata was too helping them and there were lot of hustle and bustle in the house as the orphanage childrens too came. In the room we can see that ragini was very calm, nervous and was having moist eyes.

Ragini to herself(with little cracked voice): Today is my engagement. I am missing you maa very much. You know maa…..mom had give me so much love that I don’t feel being an orphan. But today I don’t no why I am little scared. Scared to lose everything. After my marriage got fixed with sanskar, I hardly got nightmare, but yesterday after so many days I got the nightmare. I haven’t told this to mom otherwise she would have got panicked. Maa I don’t need to tell you but please be with me in every single moment of my life. I cannot afford to lose anyone not even papa, ma and sanskar. Papa have given me the love which I was deprived from years and he treat me as his princess. Ma and mom both are the same for me. Sanskar… he is the one who have made me believe in love….though I don’t love him but I started to like him. His every action make me attracted towards him. I don’t want to lose anyone of them.

Ragini’s thoughts were broken by sujata

Sujata: Ragini….What happened ? why are you crying ?

Ragini(wiping her lone tear and with smile): Nothing mom.. its just that I was missing maa. Wo…mom I am nervous. Will I be able to hold this responsibility?

Sujata(with smile): I know ragu you are missing your maa but she will be happy to see you happy and for your nervousness every girl is nervous on there engagement its by default and you will be able to hold this responsibility very well. Now go get ready. After some time I will call you.

Saying this sujata went outside the room.

In the evening all the guest were present and media were waiting to see who is the lucky girl who is going to marry sanskar maheshwari.

After some time sanskar came down wearing a black tuxedo looking hot and handsome and not looking less than greek god, and directly went near his parents. His face was clearly depicting that he was not at all happy but still he was trying to smile for his parents. All the people were talking with each other when sujata came with ragini. Sanskar who was talking to one of his clients feel his heart bit rising, and when all were looking towards the stairs his gaze too shifted towards the stairs, were ragini was standing. For a minute his breath got struck in his throat. He was watching ragini as if some angel came from heaven. Indeed she was looking like an angel wearing an off shoulder maroon coloured gown with open hair and puff in the centre and big earrings with watch on her left hand and high black coloured sandals. Ragini’s gaze was also fixed on sanskar. Both were having an eyelock. When ragini was descending from the stairs sanskar was also moving towards her unknowingly. Both were now standing by facing each other. There eyelock was disturbed by Dp voice.

Dp(with a broad smile): So guys.. She is my princess ragini and soon to be sanskar’s wife. So now we need to proceed for the ring ceremony and then you can take photos of them. Now sankar and ragini were facing together. Ap forwarded a solitaire engagement ring to sanskar. Sanskar was very hesitated but than took the ring from Ap’s hand and turned towards ragini. He again looked into her eyes and unknowingly forwarded his hands . Ragini was hesitatingly forwarded her hands and then keep it on sanskar’s hands. Sanskar came out of the trance and looked towards his hands which was holding ragini’s hands. He saw towards Ap who was signaling him to slide the ring on her hand. Sanskar then slide the ring on her ring finger. Then sujata forwarded the diamond ring to ragini. Ragini hesitatingly slides the ring in her sanskar’s hand. After the ring ceremony all the media started to take there pictures. Ragini was very nervous and hence she unknowingly holded sanskar’s arm very tightly. Sanskar whose attention was towards media quickly looked towards ragini as he feel tight hold on his arms. Sanskar can see the nervous look in her eyes. So he immediately stopped the media from taking there pictures and took ragini towards the corner. He once saw his parents and sujata who were talking with each other. He saw ragini was very nervous and therefore he forwarded a glass of water towards her. She quickly drink the water. Some what she was relieved. Then sanskar cupped her face and said

Sanskar: Ragini see there nothing to worry. I am there na.

Ragini immediately looked in his eyes. His one sentence calmed her. Again both were having an eyelock, which was then broken by sanskar. Both were awkward and were looking everywhere but not towards each other. There awkwardness was broken by sujata who came near ragini to give her phone. Sanskar seeing it as a chance leave the place.

Sujata: Ragini your phone was ringing. Check it once.

Saying this she too went. Again her phone started to ring.

Ragini: Hello mam.

Madam: Sorry ragini. I could not come to your engagement as I was not well. So sorry again and congratulations for your engagement.

Ragini(with smile): Its ok mam and thank you for your wishes.

Madam: I wanted to tell you something that the singing competition which I told na, there will be auditions for the same tomorrow. I hope you are coming.

Ragini thinking a while said

Ragini: Yes mam. I will be coming.

Madam: Ok then. I will whatsapp the details. Again congratulations dear. Bye.

Ragini: Thanks again.

After some time ragini sujata children and other care taker too leaved the mansion.
