Recap : Ragini’s Alliance

Ragini was appointed the same day and in another half an hour she was scheduled to teach the Kids Batch. It was a Wednesday and she was excited about it. Though in a day she just had to take one class during the day, she was still happy. She wanted to do more. Uttara had given her the freedom for the choice of songs and how she wanted to choreograph. Uttara just told her one thing that whatever she does must be best and unique and moreover the students must enjoy.

The class had started and she welcomed the kids. She set her laptop by attaching it to the player and they did a basic warmup. After that she played the song :

She thought a very small part and all the students enjoyed. The time was up and the students left. Ragini left to her work area where all instructors discuss what they do next. Someone was monitoring her from outside the class and that was none other than Uttara.

(Uttara’s POV)
Bhabhi is so multi-talented. All kids have started loving her. She is handling everything with Love and Care. I just hate the fact that I cannot call her Bhabhi and I have to treat like other instructors and staff but I can’t help it because these are the strict instructions given by Laksh Bhai and we have to follow the same, but hopefully she will also start liking Bhai. She is a gem just like my brother. Surely their Jodi is a match made in heaven.

Everyone had left the office by 10.00pm. She reached home and she was very happy. After dinner she told about her day to her parents and they were happy to see her happy.

The next day Ragini was informed that she would get engaged in another 4 weeks and she will get married the week after engagement. Ragini did not question anything because her in laws allowed her to pursue her dreams so she had no complain. She listened to it and went to office to start her work.
Ragini then as usual reached class at 400pm. Today was her first class for Salsa, so she selected an English song for that. She was informed that the she has to teach at the Beginner level as all are from the corporate world and they didn’t know much of dance.

The clock struck 8.00pm. She was ready for her Salsa batch students. There were more than 30 students. Mostly they had come in couples and there were few girls and boys who were single. She was excited. So she made pairs of those who were single. But then there was this one boy who did not have a partner. So she decided that she would pair up with him. It would be easy to teach as well explain the steps.

Ragini then walked straight to the boy

(Ragini) “Hi, I am Ragini, Your dancing partner for today and your instructor”

(Boy) “Hello, thanks for being my partner but I am sure I can’t dance that well”

(Ragini) “That’s not a problem. I am here to help you and all the others”

Ragini and the Boy walked up to the centre. The Boy was shy but he also tried being confident.

(Boy’s POV) “She is such a good dancer. It’s so easy when she teaches and her moves are like river. This is the first time I am dancing and I am feeling quite confident. Thank you, Ragini. I wish I could say it out loud. Today I have danced that to partnering dance for the first time. Now it was time for us to dance till the part Ragini has thought us at a stretch. The music started and all of us in the class started doing salsa.

The song had got over and he departed from Ragini. Now it was time for introduction. Ragini had this unique thing of remembering the names at the end of the class. She asked everyone’s name and now it was the turn of the boy.

(Ragini) “So for a person, who doesn’t know dance, had danced really well. So what’s your name?”

(Boy) “My name is Laksh”

(Ragini) “Nice name and you were too good as my partner”

(Laksh) “Thank you so much. If the teacher as good as you I think anyone can learn dance. Thank you soo much for bearing my non dancing ability”

(Ragini) “No, you are wrong. This talent was hidden in you. You are a very good dancer and I don’t lie”

Ragini then announced the class was over and she also mentioned that the next class was on Saturday at the same time. She also added that she would like to see everyone in the class. She had bid bye to all and then she went to her locker to start packing her stuff.

The studio was closed by 10 in the night and all had dispersed.

The nights were the same for Ragini but it was different for Laksh.

At Laksh’s side

As soon as Laksh reached home,

(AP) “So how was your meeting with Ragini?”

(Laksh) “It was amazing Ma, I felt happy”

(DP) “ By the way will my future bahu continuing teaching dance or what”

(Laksh) “Why such a question Dad? No doubt she will continue dancing even after her wedding. I am not stopping her from dancing. She is the best and I am glad that our plan is working.”

(AP) “I am happy for you Laksh. Hopefully though you are the owner you are able to get close to her. How did you manage getting close to her?”

(Laksh) “Woh Mein…… Woh………….Woh…………..”

Uttara came from behind and joined them and told

(Uttara in teasing tone) “Kya woh bhai… Tell them clearly”

(Laksh) “Shut Up Baccha”

(Uttara) “Don’t you dare bhai. Ma and Papa I will tell you. (So Uttara turned towards AP and DP and told) “Bhai has joined class. That to Salsa Beginner Level and guess what in his first day itself he was partnered with Bhabhi. They danced like they were made for each other. Bhai was totally mesmerized by Bhabhi. He was not able to take his gaze of here.
Bhai is a biggest liar that he doesn’t know how to dance. He danced superbly. It was just amazing watching them”
AP and DP were shocked and they did not know how to react. Laksh was blushing hard and he was about to run when AP caught hold of him.

(AP) “So the great businessman, Mr.Laksh Maheshwari, who hated dance was dancing that to with his future wife who doesn’t know that you are going to be her future husband. Not bad, not bad at all”

(Laksh blushing hard and spoke) “Ma, Please stop teasing me”

(DP) “Great Beta, You proved that even Pappu can dance “

At this statement all started laughing and Laksh did not know how to react. After that they all stopped teasing and had dinner, later all dispersed to their rooms.”
