RagLak: Revengeful love story – Part 4

Ragini was standing before the bed looking at the flowers decorated. She remembers how her past was. Her life was like what ever she wished, it would happen. Her order is rule. She is leader among her friends. Her parents also listens to her. Everything was down in her hands. But now, someone is controlling her life. She was helpless to turn opposite. She can’t offend as it will ruin her sister’s life. She is going to be under Lakshya forever like this.
Ragini’s thoughts get shattered as Lakshya enters the room. She expects Lakshya would force on her or do something which she dislikes. Lakshya looks at Ragini as he is going to kill her. Ragini just looks at him normally. He seemed as if he was drunk.

Lakshya goes aside and takes a hard stick. He comes towards Ragini. Ragini gets tears.. “no, he can’t do this to me.” She thinks. Lakshya comes closer and Ragini closes her eyes.

Then she hears a sound of beat. She opens her eyes and finds Lakshya has bet himself with that stick. Ragini looks at him confused.

“I’m sorry Ragini.”

Lakshya says and beats himself again. Ragini closes her mouth in her palms. Lakshya beats himself on shoulder and back with the stick hardly. The sound reflects all the room. That sound just says how strongly Lakshya beating himself. Ragini gets tears. Lakshya was continuing it. His eyes get little red just to prove how was he hurt. Ragini starts crying, “plz stop it laksh”
But, Lakshya continues to beat himself. He was panting and his hair falls on his face and he was badly sweating,. But still beating himself.

Ragini looks at Laksh shoulder, it was bleeding a little. “Laksh” Ragini shouts and runs to him. Lakshya faints and falls on her. Ragini don’t call anyone bcz all might be sleeping. She makes Lakshya to lie on bed. She removes his shirt and she gets hurt to see stick beats on his skin. Lakshya faints because he was drunk and also bcz getting tired of stick beatings.

Ragini takes a cotton and tries to pacify his wounds. She applies some ointment. Ragini can smell that he was drunk. After a while, ragini too goes into sleep. She sleeps beside him, just in inch gap.

Next morning… Lakshya opens his eyes. His vision is blur, he rubs his eyes and opens again. He was on his suhagraat bed. Ragini is beside him, she was sleeping. She was holding his hand. Lakshya removes his hand from her hand and he feels pain on his back and shoulders. “Why is it hurting?” He thinks and looks at his shirt less top and he has stick beats. Lakshya amazes, “how did they come?”
He looks at Ragini. “She bet me or what?”

Lakshya tries to recall the last night..

After his marriage, all the guests will be keep asking Dp, “what your son is doing..etc..”
Dp just humiliates Laksh again with his style of words. Lakshya who was hurt drinks badly. The dad who raised him to sky when he was topper is now taunting him. This made him mad. He can’t say the truth as however no one believes him.

Lakshya comes out of his thoughts. He didn’t remain anything later but he feels guilty on what he did, that’s why he beats himself. Some guys generally behaves genuinely when they are drunk. Lakshya maybe showing his hate out, but interiorly his guilty conscious killing him.

“How these wounds happen on me ??” Laksh rubs his head with both of his hands. He hears bangles sounds and looks at Ragini who was just coming out of sleep. Ragini looks beside her and Lakshya is missing.. she wakes suddenly and looks around and finds Lakshya was looking at her. He understood That she was seeing for him. Ragini comes near him and touches his wound on hand. Laksh winches in pain.

“Is it paining?” Ragini asks.
Laksh nods his head.

“How,..how this happened?” Lakshya asks.

“Actually, you bet yourself.. so..” Ragini stops. “I bet myself? Why?” Lakshya asks her in reverse. Ragini looks at him silently.

“Whatever.. I will go to bath.” Lakshya is about to go Ragini stops him. “No, if you take bath, the wounds pain more. So, just change cloths and put on deodorant. I will apply ointment..come..” Ragini holds his hand. Lakshya jerks her hand, Ragini looks at him.

“I will do it myself” Lakshya says and goes to dressing table. Ragini is looking him silently.
