A new day .  A new morning ..  a new start.
The haldi preparations of Swara and Laksh were going on ..
Even though both the families weren’t happy.. They were bound by the promise they gave Ragini.. ..

Firstly it happened in mm.. Ragini was sent there to get the shagun haldi ..

She was standing at the entrance looking at the family who were preparing for  haldi of Laksh.. it broke her heart.. What if Laksh had fallen for her.  Then she would have been happy and would have been sitting at her home.  All dressed up as a bride to perform her haldi rasam.

Her eyes became teray .. But she soon wiped it and plastered a fake smile on her face..

Laksh in the other hand couldn’t be happy.. something was stopping him from rejoicing his special day.. he felt it so wrong .. But why.. wasn’t it he who wanted to marry swara .. And now .. why this change of feelings.. He cursed himself for being a cursed soul always..
At first his mom came and applied a lil haldi on his cheeks… He looked up at her face.. There was only a fake happiness she plastered in her face.

Slowly he diverted his gaze to his whole family members.. non had genuine happiness..  They all were just falling happiness so that Laksh doesnt feel bad ..

Sujatha was the least interested.. She loved Ragini and uthata equally.. She badly wanted Ragini in her house as her daughter…

She applied haldi to Laksh and and turned that is when she saw Ragini standing at the entrance..

” arrey Ragini .. beta andar aja … why are u standing there itself.. ” Sujatha said.. that is when the whole family looked at the door.. There was Ragini with a cute smile on her face..
All if them knew she was pretending.. But then what else could they do.. it was she herself who was adamant on getting Swara and Laksh married…

Seeing her only one person felt a deep pain in his heart..  it was Laksh..
He knew she was suffering a lot bcs of him.. He could see the pain in her eyes.. And seeing it he felt as if someone was ripping his heart apart..

” wo .. aunty.  I came get the shagun haldi for swara.. once Laksh haldi is over. ” she said.

” haa beta .  Its done.. we will give you now..  ” annapoorna said
Saying this she moved forward with bowl of haldi..
She was approaching Ragini when she tripped on the end of her sari and was about to fall..
” maa ” Ragini screamed ..

All moved forward to catch her… But ragini caught her at the nick of the time before she fell..

Annapoorna’s eyes were filled with happy tears.. She felt her motherhood being overwhelmed listening to Ragini calling her  maa after a long time..  since the time Laksh broke her engagement Ragini used to call her aunty..  But today she felt so happy hearing the word maa from Ragini’s mouth..

In the emotional situation no insensitive the haldi that fell in Ragini’s hand.

” arrey .. look at that.  The shagun haldi fell on Ragini’s hand… iska matlab ab Raglak ki shadi hi hogi… ”
Sujatha said and ragini’s eyes became teary .
Ram glared at sujata seeing the change of emotions on Ragini’s face.
But Laksh somewhere felt happy hearing this.

The whole family felt sad listening to it.. They were gonna miss a gem as their bahu.

” its ok beta.. uttara take ragini to the washroom .. let her clean herslef.. ” do said.

” and ap get another bowl of haldi.. “he continued..
