‘Ragini’! ‘Ragini’! She heard a faint voice calling her name that too in Laksh’s voice. She shook her head thinking that it’s just her imagination. She was about to sleep, but she heard her name being called again and this time with much difficulty. She slowly walked towards her window and peeped outside only to feel surprise and shock to see Laksh hanging on the pipe trying to sneak inside her room. He saw Ragini and extended his hand to her for help.

Ragini immediately gave her hand to him. Their palms came in contact sending a sudden shiver to their spine.

He was having dazed look with only one thought ‘Is this called love?’ while Ragini was trying her best to ignore his sparkling eyes which makes her crazily beating heart to flutter. With all her energy she pulled him inside making Laksh to come back to reality. While pulling him, she gets imbalanced. She was about to fall but Laksh caught her by waist, but at the same time his feet gets slipped and both falls on the floor.

Her hands were on his shoulders while his hands were wrapped protectively around her waist. Her eyes were closed in fear while his eyes slowly opened and met her angelic face.

Her eyes opened slowly and looked at him. Unable to look into his intense eyes, she lowered them but again met his eyes. A shy smile formed on her lips.

His breathe caught on his throat. He remembered how she smiled like this before their marriage.

Her eyes sparkled with the love she had for him. Her intense gaze made him wonder how she could love him this much.

Cool breeze passes through their room making Ragini’s some hair to come in between their staring session. Laksh frowned and moved them away sending tingling sensation to Ragini. A cute blush forms on her cheeks.

Her blush makes him smirk at her while his smirk makes her blush into scarlet red which caught his eyes. Suddenly a feeling passes through him. He slowly leaned towards her left cheek and placed his lips in it earning a gasp from her. Her gasp made his lips curve into smile which was still lying on her cheeks. He kissed her other cheek with same intensity.

Laksh slowly moved up and gazed her face. Feeling sudden closeness, Ragini frowned and opened her eyes to see him already watching at her intently which makes her heart flutter and cheeks burn due to blushing.

He smirked seeing the effect he has on her. His gazed lowered and noticed her plump lips. He felt a sudden pull towards it.

He cursed himself inside for not noticing these lips before. Unknowingly he leans down while Ragini felt his gaze on her lips. She felt shivers down her spines just feeling his gaze on her lips. Her lips shivered looking at their close proximity.

Their chests were merged now and their heart beat were running like a marathon race. Their heart beats could be heard by the other. Ragini felt butterflies on her stomach whereas Laksh felt an adrenaline rush on his blood.

Their lips were just inches away. They would meet if any one of them moves. Ragini was beneath Laksh waiting for his lips meet hers by blocking her mind which was asking her to move away. She doesn’t want to ruin the moment. She doesn’t know if she could have a moment like this with Laksh, again. All she wanted to do now is cherish the moment and block all her over thinking. Laksh was having an internal fight whether to go along with his feelings or just move away like nothing had happened. He badly wanted to talk to Ragini about his new found feelings on her but at this moment that too when she is so near to him, he decided to go along with his feelings.
He was ready to kiss her and do whatever his inner feeling tells him to. He closed his eyes and slowly reduced the distance while Ragini too closed her eyes and was dying to feel his lips on hers’. They were about to meet…
CHOR! CHOR! CHOR!
That loud sound made them to pull back. They looked towards the door and then at each other confusingly. That’s when they realized their position and immediately moved away. Laksh scratched his head in nervousness while Ragini moved towards the door and merged her ear with it and listened what commotion was happening outside.
Outside, a crowd was formed and the person who shouted ‘Chor’ was found to be Dida. A person from the crowd asked her “Why were you shouting? What happened?”
“I was going to have water from kitchen. That’s when I saw a big thief jumping inside Ragini’s room.” said Dida dramatically.
Ragini who was hearing it became shocked and turned towards Laksh who was taking deep breaths and running his hand through his hair. She went near him hurriedly and asked him “Have anyone saw you when you came inside the room?”
Laksh looked confused and said “No. I am sure that no one had seen me.”
“But it seems like Dida had saw you entering my room. Now they will be coming here in any minute. What shall we do now?” asked Ragini worriedly.
Laksh looked frozen while Ragini was asking questions. Seeing him looking dazed she shook her head and looked here and there to hide him. Finally she looked at her cupboard and then at him.
“Laksh, hide inside the cupboard now!” she urged him but innocently asked “But why should I hide Ragini? I am not a thief or your secret lover. I am still your husband.”
He said and crossed his hand on his chest. Ragini looked at him like had-he-gone-mad? Laksh became nervous seeing her reaction and said “Uh… Lawfully”
Ragini shook her head with closed eyes and sighed deeply. She again looked at Laksh who was still standing like a child who can’t understand the elder’s problems. She narrowed her eyes at him and dragged him towards the cupboard ignoring Laksh’s whining. She pushed him inside and gave a look ‘don’t-dare-to-come-outside’ making Laksh to pout and sit properly. She closed the door and at the same time there was series of knock on her bedroom door. She became nervous and scared thinking what is they find Laksh and what they will do. But she took deep breaths and whispered to herself ‘You can do it!’
With that she opened the door like she has no idea why they were yelling to open the door. Her first sight falls on her dadi ma but she didn’t look at her. Instead she just pushed her and entered the room and started to check if there was any thief along with some people. Ragini sighed sadly seeing her dadi’s ignorance but when her eyes caught her dadi going near her cupboard made her hands and legs shake in fear.
Will dadi find the apparent CHOR? What will happen if they find Laksh in Ragini’s room that too at the late night also at the present situation!? Will Laksh be able to say about his new found feeling to Ragini?
