This story will mainly be focused on Ragini, I thought why not make this biased on Ragini and make her the hero. . . so please forgive me for any inconveniences. Love you all ✨

SS – Chapter 4:

(Continue Flashback)

Flashback:

After getting Sahil and the boys arrested, Ragini go to the principals office with Kavya, Nikhil and Ray.

“May I come in sir?” Ragini politely asks as she opens the door.

The principal nods and she enters.

“Sir, I want the footage for the incident that happened yesterday, I’m sure you must’ve seen it and put it away like all the time. . .?” Ragini says and stands in front of the principal.

“Look Ragini, you’re messing with the wrong people.” The principal says as he looks up at Ragini.

“Why? Why is it wrong to stand for someone’s right and give them justice? You’re neglecting the truth and what if that girl was your daughter and instead of Lakshya it was your son? Sir please just give that footage.” Ragini lashes out and puts her hands on the desk.

The principal sighs and opens a drawer, Ragini sees many CD’s kept inside there.

“I want all of them.” Ragini demands.

The principal looks at her in shock while Ragini confidently looks at him. The principal had no option but to give it as he knew Ragini was the CM’s daughter, he also wanted them to be punished but was scared cause they will cause havoc after getting released.

“Thank you.” Ragini takes the CD’s and walks out, the principal wipes his sweat with his white handkerchief.

Kavya, Nikhil and Ray see 5 CD’s in Ragini’s hand and are slightly confused.

“I want to meet the girl.” Ragini says while looking at Kavya.

Kavya looks at Ray and Nikhil, they nod and then Kavya nods while turning to Ragini.

Ragini, Kavya, Nikhil and Ray reach city hospital, Ray and Nikhil go to meet Lakshya while Kavya and Ragini enter the room where that girl is admitted.

Ragini sees the girl lying on the bed, covered in plasters and bandages.
Ragini approaches her and the girl opens her eyes, sending someone coming closer.

“Hi, Ragini, Ragini Gadodia.” Ragini introduces herself to make the environment less awkward for the girl.

“N. . . Nitya.” The girl timidly introduces herself.

“How are you feeling?” Ragini asks with a pleasant smile.

“Good.” The girl and the victim, Nitya nervously says.

Ragini looks at Kavya and then at Nitya.

“Woh. . . I heard what happened yesterday.” Ragini says.

Nitya weakly smiles.

“And you’re also here to tell me to keep my mouth shut, right?” Nitya asks and looks at Kavya.

Kavya looks down in guilt.

“No, I want you to raise your voice and get justice for yourself, I want you to file a complaint against those filthy people and get them behind the bars, I’m here to support you, not to tell you to suppress yourself!” Ragini clears out.

Nitya’s eyes moist as her ray of hope had lightened.

“I promise to help you get justice.” Ragini assures.

Nitya smiles through her tears and holds Ragini’s hand, then unable to control herself, Nitya puts her forehead on her hand, sobbing.

“This world needs more of a woman like you, thank you.” Nitya sobs.

Ragini takes her hand back and sits besides Nitya, she then holds her undamaged hand.

“Don’t feel you’re oppressed, I’m here to help you get justice because this world deserves to respect woman like us and not me but this world needs more of a woman like you who’s not timid and is ready to fight the battle.” Ragini says with a faint smile and Nitya reciprocates to the smile.

Kavya also smiles hearing Ragini’s words.

“If you’re comfortable then can you give a statement today?” Ragini asks as she doesn’t want to delay in punishing the boys.

Nitya nods and Ragini smiles.

Police Station:

“I will kill that girl!” The but in the red jacket angrily huffs but is shocked as he recives a slap from Sahil instead.

“Who told you to do this?! Couldn’t you wait till the seat of MLA was mine?!!” Sahil angrily shouts and the boy looks down while holding his cheeks.

“I told him Bhai, I told Sunny not to do this but Sunny Sunny hai, he didn’t listen!” A boy says and reveals the boy in red jacket to be Sunny.

“Aye! Why are you shifting the whole blame to me? You were the one who gave the idea!” Sunny defends himself and looks at the boy.

“Enough! Let me think of something!” Sahil shouts and turns around, holding the bar and looking outside.

“Thank you so much, I hope you would take action as soon as possible.” Ragini says with a smile as she enters the police station with the inspector, shocking the boys and Sahil.

“Don’t worry, we took the statement of witnesses and victims, we will start on this case as soon as possible.” The inspector says and smiles.

Ragini passes a smile in return, soon Kavya walks inside and looks at Sahil, who was looking at them, Kavya was nervous but managed to walk towards Ragini. Ragini turns and looks at the boys and Sahil.

“Make sure they get punished and receive such punish that they won’t do these deeds ever again!” Ragini says while giving them the glares.

“What? Why are you looking like that?! What will you prove by saying all this? Do you even know who you put behind the bars?!! You will regret!” Sunny shouts while angrily looking at Ragini.

Soon two men walk inside and Sahil looks at them, Sunny smirks and looks at Ragini.

“Inspector! How dare you arrest them?!” The man sternly says.

“I’m sorry Mr Maheshwari but this time we have proofs against them!” The inspector stands and says, revealing the man to be Durga Prasad Maheshwari.

Ragini looks at him and Kavya looks on.

“He’s the MLA’s son and do you know how much you have to pay for this action? Get them out or face the consequences.” DP warns.

“Ragini, just drop this case, do you know who’s standing in front of you? It’s the multi millionaire, Durga Prasad Maheshwari, he’s a close friend of the MLA.” Kavya whispers as she doesn’t want this matter to get serious.

Ragini looks at DP and then remembers Nitya’s condition, her strength rises and she receives more confidence.

“This case will continue Kavya and it won’t drop.” Ragini loudly says while looking at DP, Kavya gets stunned.

DP and everyone look at Ragini.

“Nitya will receive justice!” Ragini confidently says.

“Listen girl! Do you even know what consequences you will face by messing with us?” DP sternly asks.

“Kavya, what is Lakshya’s surname?” Ragini asks as she looks at DP.

Kavya realises and is stunned, “M. . . Maheshwari.” Kavya utters.

DP looks at Kavya.

“Lakshya Maheshwari aapika beta hai na?”

DP nods positively.

“Well sorry to say uncle, your son is in the hospital because they. . .” Ragini says and then looks at the boys in jail.
“Have attacked and brutally beaten him up.” Ragini continues.

DP gets shocked and turns instantly, looking at the Sahil and the boys.

“And I’m here to help them get justice and they will receive justice, meet you in the court uncle, tomorrow at 11 and I hope you will support your son instead of these criminals.” Ragini says and walks out, Kavya follows and all see her leave.

“Who is she?” DP asks.

“CM, Shekhar Gadodia’s daughter, Ragini Gadodia.” The inspector proudly says and looks at DP with small smirk after seeing
him left speechless.

DP receives another shock along with Sahil and the boys.

“Shitt!” Sunny sighs and moves back, running his hands through his hair.

Sahil looks down and DP looks at the inspector.

Ragini and Kavya walk inside the hospital and inside Lakshya’s room.

“Yaar, how can you eat all this?” Nikhil surprisingly asks.

Ragini looks around and sees three plates on the table, finished and covered in some sauce and three bags near Lakshya which were empty and five small chip/burger holders and a plate in his hand in which he is eating rice. Ragini gets surprised and Kavya’s mouth drops.

Lakshya finishes the plate of rice and burbs.

“Is there anything else to eat?”

“Haa hai.” Ray answers.

Lakshya looks at him.

“Bags, eat these bags! I’m sure you will be able to eat them too cause humara khana bhi nighal gaye toh bags mamuli hai!” Ray says and twists his lips, he is annoyed at the fact that Lakshya ate his food.

“He didn’t only eat yours alone, he ate my half too but what to do Ray? He’s raising a tank inside his body!” Nikhil say and looks at Lakshya unbelievably.

Lakshya fakes a smile and soon his eyes land on Ragini and Kavya, who were standing at the door.

“Why did you throw the mess here after eating?” Lakshya stutters and says while looking at Nikhil and Ray, assuming Ragini and Kavya didn’t hear anything.

“Kya? What are you saying?”

“What did we eat? Sara toh tu hi nighal gaya!” Nikhil says.

“You don’t need to lie, we heard and saw everything.” Kavya says and grabs the attention of Ray and Nikhil.

Lakshya looks down with an innocent smile.

“I’m going canteen to eat and waise, what happened with. . .” Ray says buy stops as he realises Lakshya is there.

“Uh, come with me, I’ll tell you on the way to the canteen, even I’m hungry.” Kavya says with a fake smile and looks at Ray.

Ray nods and walks up to Kavya, Nikhil follows.

“I’m hungry, chuhe dance kar rahe hai.” Nikhil says and touches his stomach, indicating his hunger.

Kavya, Ray and Nikhil leave the room, leaving Ragini and Lakshya on their own.

“How are you feeling now?” Ragini asks and moves forward.

“Better.” Lakshya says while looking down.

“Why are you behaving like a decent person? I’ve already seen your antics.” Ragini utters and rolls her eyes.

Lakshya chuckles and looks up at her, she looks away, pretending she doesn’t care.

“Thank you.” Lakshya says with a small smile.

Ragini looks at him and then at the packet that falls on the floor. Lakshya bends down but couldn’t reach it, Ragini moves forward and reaches out for it, their heads hit and both look at each other as their foreheads meet and their eyes lock.

“Your hair smells nice.” Lakshya softly says while Ragini moves back.

“Trying on me?” Ragini stands up and looks at him while he lies back.

“Why not? It’s not my fault you’re beautiful.” Lakshya compliments.

“But I don’t like flirty comments.” Ragini says and controls her smile by keeping an straight face.

“Coffee?” Lakshya asks as soon as possible while grabbing an opportunity.

“You’re not in the condition.” Ragini responds while eyeing his bandages.

“Here?”

“Don’t like coffee.” Ragini says with a small smile and turns.

“Toh phir paani?”

Ragini releases a small chuckle and rolls her eyes in disbelief, she then takes a deep breath and turns with a straight face.

“Not sure, we will see.” Ragini says and takes steps backwards.

“Number?” Lakshya asks with a pout.

“Don’t know you yet.”

“Kiss?”

“Never.” Ragini pronounces with attitude and exits the room.

Lakshya smiles and scratches the back of his head with a small disappointment.

“Doctor!” Ragini stops as soon as she notices him.

“We done his scan and all the tests, there is nothing to worry about, it was merely a small concussion due to the hit on the nose but now all is well and he has to stay until his wounds heal.” The doctor explains with a small smile.

“Thank you doctor.” Ragini smiles and the doctor leaves.

Ragini smiles and takes deep breaths as tomorrow is a big day for her, she had the evidence which she needs to present in court to get the criminals punished and she believed in herself.

Well, I was going to finish the past in this Chapter but I was already late so didn’t want to delay it any further, hopefully in the next chapter, I will finish the past and I know I will delay it cause I’m lazy ?
