Krishna announces that if Sam is proven guilty, he would be punished according to law. Jamvati asks Sam whaat is happening. Sam says he is innocent and they are all conspiring against him. Jamvati says he is right. Lakshmana thinks she needs to prove that Sam is innocent and is a target of conspiracy, so she has to use Radha as a target for that. She walks to Jamvati and says Radha is conspiring against Sam. Jamvati asks why would Sri Radha do that as she loves Sam a lot. Lakshmana says Radha was present wherever Sam was trapped into trouble. Jamvati says she is right, Radha being an outsider is conspiring against her son, so she will expel her out of Dwarka. Lakshmana smirks. Krishna enters sabha. Balram announces to start sabha and punish the traitor. Krishna asks where is Radha. Balram
Radha sits in jungle sadly. Krishna walks to her and ask what is she doing here instead of attending sabha. Radha says he considers her as best friend and trusts her even if she lies. He asks what is she telling. She says she doesn’t want to put him dilemma, so she doesn’t want to attend sabha. He says just because they don’t have a name for their relationship, she wants to skip sabha; their relationship is of truth, togetherness, trust, etc., and doesn’t need any name; they are lovers from ages and will be lovers for ages. Radha asks if this is enough. He says this relationship is most important as husband and wife think they are made for each other and will stay together forever, but without love between them, they can’t; their relationship is of love and its not right to name it. Radha says Dwarka and Krishna’s family needs name though. Krishna says Radha’s place is much bigger and pure than his family; whole world will know who is Radha soon, so she doesn’t need to worry and walk along. He holds her hand and walks towards sabha.
Lakshmana brainwashes Jamvati that Krishna doesn’t want to start sabha without Radha and went to call her. jamvati says she can see everything and will not keep quiet. Lakshmana smirks. Krishna returns with Radha. Balram starts sabha and calls Anirudh as first evidence. Sam says he cannot believe that Sam would betray him and describes all incidents in detail and says Sam did this to get him imprisoned by Banasur and force a war between Krishna and Banasur. Pradyumna explains his story next in detail followed by Nishath. Balram says it is proved that Sam is guilty and should be punished. Sam claps and says they are giving verdict without hearing his side. Balram warns that all evidences are against him and he has guts to speak, Dwarka’s law is world famous. Sam says he spits on Dwarka’s law which gives one-sided verdict without questioning a victim. Krishna laughs and says he is trying to divert attention, but he willl let him speak. Sam alleges that Anirudh conspired to kill everyone and become and king of Dwarka. He alleges Pradyumna and Nishath next. Balram warns him to shut his mouth and says Radha is the last and powerful evidence. Radha stands silently reminiscing Jamvati’s warning not to interfere between her family issues as she is an outsider.
