Narayan asks Narad to meet Vrikasur and explain him that its very difficult to convince Narayan, so he should pray some other god who will bless him due to his innocence. Narad says he understood. Vrikasur asks a rishi to make proper havan arrangements to pray Narayan. Narad visits him and says its foolishness to pray Narayan. Vrikasur says Shukracharya advised him to pray Narayan. Narad says Shukracharya is Narayan’s enemy and knows its not easy to convince Narayan, so he wants to watch Narayan’s humiliation. Vrikasur asks what should he do then. Narad says he should pray the one who is very innocent and gets happy so easily and gives boon, he should pray Bholenath. Vrikasur says he is right and agrees to pray Mahadev.
Out of flashback, Mandev tells gods that they heard what Narayan did and with Narayan/Krishna and Narad’s presence, they should decide who is wrong. He asks Narad if it was not wrong. Narad says he just knows to obey Narayan. Mahadev says Narad just obeyed his god, now they should decide who is wrong. Krishna says they should listen to complete story and then decide. He starts story again where Vrikasur prays Mahadev and says no god gave him boon, so he should emerge and give him boon. Devi Gauri tells Mahadev that Narayan put blame on him, so what will he do now. Indradev with other devtas visit Mahadev and requests Maahdev not to give boon to Vrikasur as he will misuse it. Mahadev promises to never give boon to Vrikasur.
Krishna asks Devi Gauri if Mahadev didn’t promise to never give boon to Vrikasur. She says he did. Krishna says he sent his problem to Mahadev hoping he would help him. He goes into flashback again where Vrikasur disappointed after Mahadev doesn’t emerge cuts his hand and is about to cut his neck when Mahadv emerges and stops him. God rush to Narayan and request him to stop Mahadev. Devi Gauri tries to convince Mahadev not to give boon to Vrikasur with a reasoning, but Mahadev gives his own reasoning and says giving boon is his duty. He emerges in front of Vrikasur and promises to give him boon. Vrikasur seeks boon that neither gods, human, asur or anyone cannot kill him. Mahadev says its not in his hands. Vrikasur seeks boon that whoever’s head he touches should burn into ashes. Mahadev blesses him.

Shukracharya suggests him to capture vaikunta next. Narayan says he has a solution and disguises as a woman.
