Narayan stops Mahadev from meeting Kumari and says even Mahadev should stop him when he goes to meet Laxmi in the future. Mahadev agrees. Kumari continues to wait for Mahadev and pray for his visit. Mahadev says her sacrifice will not go waste, the place she is standing will be a sacred place and she will be called Kanyakumari. Out of flashback, he tells Devi Gauri that he could marry her because of Kanyakumari’s sacrifice. Devi Gauri frees Mahadev from his promise. Mahadev promises rishi Bhrigu that he will stop Srinivas from meeting Bhargavi.
Srinivas hears that and stopping the chariot gets down. Govindraj asks if he is not going to meet Bhargavi. Srinivas leaves saying he will meet him in Karvirpur. Govindraj prays Mahadev to help Srinivas meet Bhargavi. Bhargavi tries to stop businessmen from taking Uma away and falls down. Vasu reaches there and asks Bhargavi what is sh doing. Bhargavi requests him to save Uma. Vasu asks Bargavi to wait there till he saves Uma and brings her to temple. Bhargavi refuses. Vasu signals at the businessmen and asks Bhargavi again to return to temple and wait for Srinivas as he may come anytime before sunset. Bhargavi refuses. Vasu thinks he wanted to make sure that Srinivas doesn’t meet Bhargavi even if he reaches Karvirpur before sunset.
Padmavati notices Srinivas missing from the cart and questions Govindraj. Govindraj says Srinivas is reaching Karvirpur via a tough shortcut and asked him to bring Padmavati safely there. Devi Gauri tells Mahadev that he needs to stop Srinivas from reaching Padmavati. Mahadev says he needs to find out Srinivas’ location via Varundev, Agnidev, and Vayudev and calls them. Srinivas thinks nobody can notice him today. He notcies sunset nearing and thinks he needs to reach Karvirpur before sunset. He passes in front Varundev, Vayudev, and Agnidev , but they don’t notice him.
Mahadev finds his location and emerges in front of him. He asks Srinivas to stop hiding. Srinivas emerges and insists him to not meet Bhargavi. Srinivas gets adamant and says he will not stop Mahadev from doing his duty though. Mahadev stops him and challenges to not cross over him.
Precap: Bhargavi says she is a brahmin’s daughter who loves Srinivas and thought he also loves her, but she is wrong. Padmavati seeks promise from Srinivas that he will never meet Bhargavi. Srinivas promises her.
