King Akash announces start of Padmavati’s swayamwar and hopes Padmavati gets a match she desires. First participant shows his dancing skills. Bhargavi signals Srinivas that there is an archery competition during swayamwar and prays Mahadev to fail this swayamwar. Devi Gauri tells Mahadev that Bhargavi’s concern is valid and if Srinivas uses Narayan’s bow during competition, he will sure will and then will have to marry Padmavati; how will Narayan and Laxmi unite then. Mahadev says he is highly confident that Srinivas will do something.
Bhargavi continues to signal Srinivas, but he acts busy. Bhrigu tries to find out if Narayan is present in swayamwar. Srinivas freezes time, walks to Bhargavi, decorates her, and returns back to his seat unfreezing time. Bhrigu searches for Narayan again and noticing Srinivas is Narayan thinks Narayan is tricking him to escape.
King Akash asks Bhrigu to give his verdict. Bhrigu says all the participants failed in dance competition. Akash asks Srinvias’ opinion, Srinivas backs Bhrigu. Akash says he has one more suggestion. Padmavati stops him and says Srinivsa hasn’t shown his skllls yet. Akash says only royal family can participate. Padmavati says they decide about the royalty and religion only after entering earth. She tries her best to convince him with his speech. King says Srinivas cannot participate in swayamwar as he is a judge. Padmavati says if her wishes are not respected, its better to end this swayamwar right now. She leaves the venue crying.
Vasu recalls Srinivas getting closer to Padmavati and says after discussing with king, he has decided for an archery competition and since Srinivas cannot participate in a dance competition as she is huge, he can participate in archery competition and if he wins, Padmavati marries him. Bala taunts that Srinivas would show his archery skills. All princes laugh on Srinivas. Govindraj confronts them that even they failed in dance competition and tells Srinivas that they should leave the place where they are not respected. Princes say they want to compete with Srinivas. Vasu asks Srinivas to go as he will fail miserably. Srinivas accepts the challenge and says he will participate in the competition now.
