Scene 1
Ibadat is beating up Armaan but Kaynaat stops her and asks what’s going on? Ibadat says Armaan photoshopped my photos with him to make it seem like I have an affair with him, I am sure your filthy mind was behind it too. Kaynaat is about to slap her but Dua stops her and says you are a guest here so stay away from my Ibadat. She tells Armaan to have some shame, he should be punished. She tells Ibadat to beat him up and get him arrested for fraud. Gulnaz says this is wrong. Dua says if you want to be thrown out then take his side. Gulnaz says no no.. beat him. Ibadat beats Armaan with a stick but he runs from there. Subhan tells Ibadat to stop this drama. She glares at him and says this is called drama? your lover said I have an affair with Armaan so let me handle this with him. Subhan tells Armaan to go to his room, he sadly looks at Kashaf and leaves. Subhan tells Ibadat that she is wrong. Ibadat says wow.. what you did in court was right? I won’t let you succeed with your mistress, she leaves from there. Mannat tries to talk to Subhan but he tells her to shut up and says I can’t even look at her because of you. Kaynaat tells him to not worry about Ibadat, we had to do this to get you divorced. Subhan says I wouldn’t lie to get that, this is wrong and I won’t be a part of it. Kaynaat says you don’t need to do anything, when we go to the court tomorrow then just be silent and let us all insult Ibadat. She will be forced to divorce you then.
Ibadat is packing her bags when Subhan comes there and asks what is she doing? She says don’t you dare come near me and you lost right to question me when your mistress was calling me characterless in court and you were silent. My self-respect is gone but you still dare to question me? He says I am just asking where are you going? She says I am going to the hell that you created for me. I can’t stay in this room where your memories live. I am warning you to not bring your mistress in this room till we get divorced, if you bring her here then I will burn her alive. She starts leaving from there but turns around to stare at him. Subhan looks away in shame. Ibadat closes the door on him and leaves.
Scene 2
Dua tells Ibadat that she will talk to Subhan. Ibadat says not at all, he has gone to a point of no return. I thought he would be a good human but he was silent when Mannat was destroying my character. I thought he was manipulated by Mannat but now I am sure he has no humanity left, he has low self-esteem and if a man can’t raise voice against injustice then I don’t need a husband like him. If his honor doesn’t speak up tomorrow then I will free him and get divorced. Dua says Subhan isn’t like that, relationships can’t be broken like this. Ibadat says that’s why I want to be free, a person who couldn’t protect his wife’s honor in front of everyone, shouldn’t be worth fighting for. Mannat was destroying my character in court while he stood there silently, he was scared to say the truth so I can’t live with a man who is a coward, I can’t do that. Dua sadly looks on.
In the morning, Kaynaat gets ready and asks Dua how is she looking? Dua says you are ugly from the heart, you can get ready but your soul will always be ugly. Kaynaat tells her to worry about herself and get ready to wipe Ibadat’s black face soon. I will make sure Subhan and Ibadat get divorced today, I will distribute sweets then. Dua says don’t celebrate before you win, Ibadat won’t lose easily because she’s my daughter. Just be careful before you open your mouth in court.
Hamida blesses Ibadat, Dua says we will come with you. Ibadat says no no.. you don’t need to come there, I will have to face them all there so I don’t want you both to hear all that. I will be weak when you are there. Hamida says how can I leave you alone there? Ibadat says my mission is not to win in court but to shake Subhan’s conscious, I want to see if he will speak up in my favor or not, I have loved him unconditionally so I want to see if he will be up to protect my honor and if not then it will be very easy for me to leave him.
