Gazal glares at Dua and tells Kashaf that she snatched Haider from her but he never loved her because this woman had blinded him. He never even looked at me with love because of this woman, it used to pain me so much seeing them close and loving. I knew if Haider couldn’t be mine then he won’t be hers either so I jumped from the cliff with him. My bad luck was that Haider died but I lived. My face was disfigured and I had to change it.. I even lost my identity because of this woman so I won’t spare her now.
In the courtroom, the judge asks to start the case. Subhan’s lawyer says Ibadat has been torturing her husband and doesn’t want to divorce him because of that. Ibadat says that’s wrong, I don’t want to divorce him because I love him a lot, he cheated on me but I believe in giving chances to relationships. I believe in making a house and not breaking them. The judge praises her thought process and says if he doesn’t want to stay with you then you can’t do much. Ibadat says if it was his decision to divorce then I would have given him that but my husband has been blinded and lied to and I know he loves me a lot but he was manipulated against me. Subhan says this is a lie, I don’t love her. Ibadat says then why didn’t you sign the divorce papers the first time I brought them to you? Subhan says because.. because.. Ibadat says because you love me and you will realize that soon. The judge asks him why he wants to divorce her so badly? Subhan says because I don’t want to commit suicide. All are shocked hearing that. Subhan tells the judge that his wife is manipulative and has made his life hell so he wants to be freed from her. She is so evil so I don’t want to be with her. Ibadat asks if he is talking about her or her sister Mannat? because she is the evil one and has manipulated them both. You are blind but I am not. Mannat tells her to stop calling her evil. Ibadat says I can call you something else too. She tells the judge that her husband is blinded by her, what should I call her? should I call her for the streets? she is characterless and another woman in my husband’s life so what should I call her? Mannat shouts at her and says you are lying, Subhan is mine and you can’t snatch him from me. Ibadat says he my husband. Mannat attacks her so the officer pulls her away. The judge shouts at him and tells them to maintain decorum. Mannat says she is.. the judge tells her to shut up and says who are you? they are married and here for a divorce so you stay out of it. Mannat nods and sits back down. Subhan tells the judge that this happens daily in their house so he wants to divorce her for his peace of mind, she fights with everyone so please grant me a divorce. The judge asks if he has any proof? he says I do. He shows the clip in which Ibadat hits Mannat and throws chillies in her eyes. Ibadat is shocked. The clip also shows Ibadat tying Subhan to the bed. The judge tells Ibadat that he can’t believe she could do all that. Subhan says she is crazy and I have one more proof. He plays the clip in which Ibadat burns down the bed and tried to burn Mannat also. The judge tells her that its criminality and she might be jailed for that. Subhan says she insulted me in public too, I was in a restaurant with Mannat which isn’t wrong but she called the police on me there and insulted us. His lawyer requests for a divorce. The judge tells Ibadat that she has been exposed and Subhan shouldn’t stay with her anymore so he is thinking of granting a divorce. Ibadat looks on.
