Neel enters the room, Chahat screams so he apologizes, gGhazala says that she tried to stop him however he entered the room after pushing her aside, Chahat says that he would have to remember this slap when he tries to look at some girl with an evil eye.
Some time earlier Godambari exclaims if they all would have to walk up to their portion using these stairs, Neel replies it is a small problem because they have to think about Chahat as eight years of her life were taken from her so they would do whatever they can to make her recall those years, he asks Bopho to be the first one to climb the ladder, Zain asks them to not go on his face as the Chahat whom they thought would protect them but she has ruined there lives, Godamabri asks Zain to go and yell at the portion which they have taken otherwise she would hit him hard in the head, Neel mentions then when Chahat starts to remember her past, he would personally throw Zain out of the house as he is no more than a small Villain.
Shlok starts climbing the ladder when he stumbles calling Maa, Chahat is not able to resist so rushes out to them all and asks if the children are of Naveli, she tries to explain that they belong to her but Neel explain they are indeed of Naveli, she asks Shlok to go up the ladders, Vyas je is about to climb when his knee starts hurting, Chahat realizes that her father also had pain in his knees during the rainy season so she explains it is alright as he can use the ladder from inside the house, Godambari also acts as if her knee is hurting, Chahat replies that to climb the ladder they don’t need the ankle but it is alright as they can use the ladder from inside the house, Godamabri asks Alka and Naveli to come leading the family.
Neel exclaims has she really allowed them to use the ladder, she stops him saying he is the only one who is not allowed, he mentions she can then use the doors to her heart, Chahat replies when she opens the doors of her heart he would not be able to bear the hate, Chahat advises Zain to go and rest in his house as she and Misses Baig can now manage, Neel laughs at Zain exclaiming that the person who he was trying to impress has asked him to leave, he explains that even when there love story has stopped at the interval it will progress from that point so he will surely come back.
In the morning Chahat wakes up, she is not able to resist the smell of the aloo paratha made so rushes to the kitchen exclaiming that even when Misses Baig is arrogant, she sometimes to get the blessings do really good deeds, she is really happy because of the taste, Neel exclaim she can use the butter but Chahat gets tensed, he asks how does he know she likes butter with the paratha, because she was the biggest fan of his cooking, Chahat asks if he even knows how to make round paratha as she doesnot think he is capable, Neel asks why does Misses Baig get all the credit for the his cooking, she replies had she known he cooked the food, she would not have eaten it, he takes the plate saying it is alright, she is not able to resist and so exclaims her father told her to not disrespect the food so she is going to eat it, he mentions she should eat a lot of food as she has gotten really weak after staying at the hospital, after eating some food she would get chubby, Chahat looking at him says that if this is the case she would start performing the yoga from today, so that people like him don’t come near her.
Chahat is performing the yoga, Neel seeing her is really excited to see the yoga, so after setting the mat sits beside her, she is performing yoga not knowing but when there hands clasp, she asks why has he come here, Neel mentions the lawn belongs to them both so she has come here now but he has been practicing yoga since a long time, Chahat asks if he even knows, Neel replies she would not be able to match him, will break if she tries, Chahat getting mad asks him to show the position so she does them all, he asks her to do the clasp on her side and then they both hold each other’s hands, he asks if she sees that two hearts are coming together, Chahat asks him to get away from her and not be so over smart, she wonders why did she listen to him. Neel asks if she fears she would not be able to take her eyes off him, he knows they both would come close as it is his promise.
Neel and Chahat sit down, he purposefully acts as if his back have gotten a strain, he ask her help but she denies, he says the doctors have made a vow to help the patients, she advises him to relax so starts massaging him on the back, and makes him perform the exercise so his back strains is relieved, Neel starts smiling as he is really clever.
Zain talking on the phone exclaims that he would soon bring Chahat asking if they have started the preparations, Zain asks what is Chahat doing so close to Neel, she explains that he is now a patient so she is just helping him, Zain exclaims she can leave as he would help him, Nele however doesnot let him come near him so they both fall, Chahat falls on top of him, Neel asks if she is such a good doctor then should apply the medicine, Chahat then agrees to apply it.
Godambari comes saying that she was his enemy till yesterday but now is applying the balm, Chahat replies Neel got a cramp after performing the yoga even when he performs it every day, Godambari exclaims the only exercise Neel has performed is kneading the flour. Chahat getting mad exclaims this means he was acting to get close to her, Neel replies he wanted to see if her heartbeat gets strong when she comes close to him. Chahat replies that he is her enemy and would remain, Zain comes asking why he is smiling because she called him an enemy, Neel explains that this fight is temporary, doesnot require anyone like him, Zain thinks he would fill so much hatred in the heart of Chahat that she would not want to see his face.
Chahat is taking a bath in the shower when the water is turned off, she wonders why did it happen so walks out of the bathroom, Neel steps down from the ladder, Ghazala and Zain exclaims there is a parcel for him, he should make sure it is delivered upstairs from now on, Neel walks into the room where Chahat is in the towel, she asks why did he not knock before coming inside, Neel replies he came to search for his parcel and what is she doing in these clothes, she tries to explain that the water ended in the bathroom, she exclaims why should she answer to his questions, Ghazala comes exclaiming that he wanted to see Chahat in these clothes so came in after pushing her, Zain mentions that the water connection is upstairs so he might have done it purposefully to take benefit of Chahat who exclaims it is clear that he has sold his innocence and she would not teach him a lesson so he doesnot do it to anyone else, Neel stops when she is about to slap him, exclaiming that his eyes are filled with love for his wife so how can he have an evil eye on her, Chahat asks him to not lie and leave her room, they both start arguing, she pulls Neel to throw him out of the room but in the proves her towel gets stuck on the needle so it starts falling, Chahat doesnot recognize it but Neel pulls a curtain covering her entire body, he falls on her.
Precap: Neel asks Chahat what is she doing, Chahat blames that Neel pulled the scarf of Misses Baig in the bazar, Neel asks her to take off the veil that they bothy have placed on her eyes and see that it is all false as his family cares a lot for her, Chahat explains she only sees the burning house and hospital of her father.
