Scene 1
Raj comes to the hospital with Purnima. Everyoen is crying. Purnima says is this the right time to talk about it? He says there’s no right time. Purnima says I don’t think your family would accept me. The family looks at Dadu’s condition. Raj says this is the best decision of my life. We will marry with everyone’s happiness. She says your dadu? He says my dad will agree, it will take time. He loves me a lot. If he agrees, everyone would have to. He says don’t worry. Come with me. The doctor comes out and tells the family they couldn’t save Dadu. Everyone starts crying. Raj comes therewith Purnima. He’s shocked. Sumitra sees them holding hands.
Scene 2
Dadu’s funeral is conducted. Raj sits there, rest of the family cries. Nirvan asks Chirgah to come and do the ritual. Chacha stops them. He says your mother has always hurt our dad, we can’t let her son pick his body. Jay and Nirvan pick the body with Raj. Chiragh says Raj is responsible for his death he can give him a shoulder, but I can’t. Sumitra says he tried to save Dad’s life. They do the final rites. Purnima looks at Raj from a distance. Raj comes to Damayanthi and gives her the ashes. She cries a lot. Damayanthi touches Raj’s hand and sees him in an accident.
Scene 3
At night, Raj holds the locket Purnima gave him. He’s worried about her. Raj goes to meet her. His locket falls, Raj picks it and tree falls on the bike. Sumitra sees him. She says are you okay? He says I am fine. She says yu’re leaving us after all that happened and going to meet that girl?
Radha ays to Purnima where is Raj now? These rich guys only dump girls. Purnima says his grandfather passed away. Still, he got us this place to live. How can he come here? Radha says he doesn’t care about us. Sumitra says that girl is a curse, see your dadu is gone. Raj says he was already a heart patient. How can you blame her? Radha says raj won’t ever come there. They family distracts Raj. Sumitra says never dare to come inside this house. You have become a curse in Raj’s life. You’re a dark shadow on him. You brought a curse to the house you were born in and now our dadu is gone because of you. Please let our Raj live. Purnima says what are you saying. Raj always helped me. He saved my family. Sumitra says he risked his life every time. You’re trapping my son. You will take my son from me? She says girls like you only take advantage of nice guys. Ever since you met him he’s only suffered. Raj didn’t come home from the storm because you were there. The elevator he was going in fell. He fought the goons because of you. You’re responsible for all this. You’re a curse on him. You’re a bad omen. Raj’s dad comes there. He says Raj suffered because of you only.
Raj thinks about Purnima. He sees them from the window. Sumitra says I am not blind. If Raj saved your life, now it’s your turn. You can save his life by going away from him. You’re the curse in his life. Raj comes there. He says Purnima. She leaves. Raj goes after her.
