The episode starts with Sheela inviting Payal’s family for lunch. Govardhan mama says we will have lunch and asks Payal’s dad to be with Payal. Kamini asks Payal to each something but she signs no. While Adi and Rubel are speaking, Kaira teases him. Rubel tells Adi that he is nervous and says he wants to give all the world’s happiness to Payal as she gave him second chance. Adi is very happy for him and says Payal will be bowled over with his honesty. He asks him to come to the mandap. Doctor tells Sameer that Preeti is fine but she has a miscarriage because of Kidney failure. Sameer is shocked. She says, we need to search a donor fast to save her from further complication. They are shattered. Marriage rituals starts for Rubel and payal’s marriage. Panditji asks them
Sameer tells Sadanand that they have planned so much for the baby and says he doesn’t know how Preeti will react. Sadanand says we have to find a donor soon. Adi tells Pankhudi that he misses mom and Dad presence. Rubel and Payal starts taking the pheras/rounds. Panditji declares them husband and wife and blesses them. Rubel fills the sindoor in Payal’s forehead. Panditji asks them to take the blessings of elders.
Doctor tells Sadanand, Sameer and nirmala that they can meet Preeti after she gets consciousness. Rubel and Payal takes elder’s blessings. Sheela asks them to take the blessings of Adi and Pankhudi. Adi gives his best wishes. Sheela says their family destiny are bad as both the buas didn’t come. Pankhudi asks her not to take it to heart. Avantika comes and says her blessings will always be with Rubel.
Didi asks Harish to have lunch. Harish says he will have later. She provokes Harish against Avantika. Harish says it is absolutely ok. Didi says Avantika is lucky to have him. Rubel thanks Avantika for coming. She blesses the newly weds. Sheela says she will remember this. Payal feels weak and is taken inside for rest. Avantika says she couldn’t stay back. Anuj asks her to wait longer. Avantika asks him not to force her. Sheela tells her that Preeti didn’t come. Avantika gets surprised and asks Adi. Adi says she have some meeting. Avantika says sorry for the awkward situation. Kaira asks Payal to rest and she will back in half an hour. Payal recalls her marriage with Rubel and cries.
Avantika calls Sameer and asks about Preeti. Sameer says she is in meeting. Avantika says she and anuj bhaiyya doesn’t know about the meeting. Sameer makes an excuse, just then nurse comes and tells him that the patient gets consciousness. Avantika gets alarmed. But Sameer makes an excuse again and says he will ask Preeti to call her. Payal recalls about Rubel, Sheela and Adi’s words. She cries and says how could I marry Rubel. She thinks how can I cheat Rohit and Rubel. She thinks Rohit might be in some problem else he would have pick the call. She thinks to elope and go to Rohit’s guest house. She messages him saying she is going to his guest house. Rohit gets her message and says she has gone mad. Latika asks him to go and meet him as she is desperate. She says we have to send Payal to the Deewan Mansion again. He asks him to go and meet her. She says only Payal deewan can fulfill her revenge.
Anuj and Sheela says they will go and make the arrangement for Payal’s welcome. Adi wonders what might have happen to Payal. Payal’s dad says she must be stressed. Adi asks Pankhudi to sit with Payal. kamini says she will check on Payal. Pankhudi says she will go and look after her. Pankhudi comes and knocks on the door.

Pankhudi comes inside the room and finds Payal nowhere. She looks out from the window and sees Payal running away. She is surprised and shocked.
