The Episode starts with Dr. Rustam telling everyone about Pankhudi’s state is fine, but she needs good care and a professional nurse. He says everyone should be around her and not give her any shock, and she needs a life support system. Everyone is happy and smile. Ayesha sees them and smiles. Adi sits by Pankhudi’s side. Ayesha leaves. Harish asks Adi to take rest. Payal says come downstairs, halwa is ready. Harish sees Ayesha standing outside. He leaves. Adi holds Pankhudi’s hand. Ayesha looks at them and says your love has won Adi. She comes to him. Adi hugs her happily and says I told you Ayesha, that Pankhudi won’t leave me, see she came. He says she is sleeping peacefully and I m dying here, see she is like you, same to same.

Ayesha says no Adi, Pankhudi is Pankhudi,

no one is like her. Adi says yes. I can’t believe she is here infront of my eyes. He says she can take my name anytime and scold me too. She asks him to take care and she will leave. He says no, sit here with Pakhudi. She says no, I have to pack my things. She sees Adi not hearing her and gets sad. She says call me if you need any help, I will come and leaves. Adi smiles seeing Pankhudi. Ayesha comes in her room. Ayesha looks at Pankhudi’s pic and says you are very different. She says Lord sent me to manage your home till you come back, I tried to manage, but not like you. She cries and says everything will be same, nothing will change.

Avantika thanks Dr Rustam. He says Pakhudi is stable, she will be fine, I m going out for two three days but full time nurse will be there. He says we can’t say when she will be fine, it can take two days to two years too, everything should be normal when she wakes up. Ayesha should not be infront of her. Ayesha says I always spoke to your photo and did not think to meet you and talk. She says sorry Pakhudi. But I have to go from here without telling anyone, as if I tell anyone, they won’t let me go, as they are very good people. Avantika says Ayesha is family now, we will not tell her to go from our home. Ayesha says I will come to meet Pankhudi once she gets fine and take tips to become like her. She writes a letter.

Avantika says what will we tell Ayesha, but Pankhudi’s health is first to us. Avantika turns as someone hides. She thinks did I see someone here. Ayesha says she will see Adi for last time. Avantika says she will talk to Ayesha in morning. She comes inside the house and does not see Ayesha. Ayesha sees Adi talking to Pankhudi and speaking his heart out. Adi asks Pankhudi to promise that she will get well soon. Ayesha thinks Pankhudi will not leave Adi, but she has to go. She thinks Ad is very nice and don’t worry your love will make Pankhudi fine, forgive me to go without telling you all, I don’t have anything to give, just prayers. Ayesha cries and looks at the house.

She thinks about her and Adi’s moments and walks out of the house. Its morning, Adi wakes up holding Pankhudi’s hand and greets her good morning. He stops the sunglare from falling on her face. Adi talks to her. He again moves the curtain and thinks to make her tell him to stop the sunglare. She does not react and he gets upset. He kisses her forehead. Harish and Nani are upset as Avantika says Pankhudi’s safety is first to them. Harish says we forgot Ayesha in Pankhudi’s happiness, it will be tough for her but she is always smiling. Shanky comes with Ayesha’s letter ad says she left the home. Nani says what a stupid girl she is. Adi comes and asks what happened. He is shocked reading the letter knowing she left the home.

Precap:
