Pyaar aur Parivaar- Balance b/w love and family (Part 27)

The episode starts with Akshara and Aakriti’s phone call…..

Aakriti: Hey Akshu! Guess what? I’m in Udaipur!!!

Akshara: What???? How?

Aakriti: You know about my job as nature photographer right? After your encouragement, I’ve applied for a job in a company in Australia and by god’s grace, I got it…. And then I had to leave for Australia…. And my badluck, I lost contact with you…. And my boss wanted me to tour Rajasthan and click photos of its culture and heritage…. And so I am here…. Actually, I felt bad for not being sent to Mumbai and I was a bit jealous of one my colleagues for bagging the opportunity but now I thank the god for sending me here….Because my chutanki, my Akshu is here… Am I right???

Akshara: Yes di!!! I’m glad that you are here…

Aakriti: So shall we meet tomorrow???

Akshara: Before that, I’ve to tell you something…. I’m getting married!!!

Aakriti: Whoa!!!!!!!!

Akshara: I expected that… And here’s one more…. Tomorrow’s my engagement!

Aakriti: Whoooohooo… Wait girl! Don’t give me such sudden surprises…. Give the gap to take it in…. (Breathes) Ok… By the way who is the lucky guy??? (teasingly)

Akshara: He is also a doctor… His name is…. (pauses) You’ll come to know tomorrow when you come…. BTW, you are coming right?

Aakriti: Of course Akshu! After all, this is my chutanki’s marriage!!!

Akshara: Thanks di! Where are you staying??? And how many days?

Aakriti: For a month… Actually, I’ve come here with two of my assistants… They have their relatives nearby, so they are staying with them…. And for me, you know right? I would never want to go to them ever again….. (pauses) So, I’m at the quaters of my company….

Akshara: Hmm… (Idea strikes) Di!!! Why don’t you come to my house and stay as my roommate? We’ll get a chance to enjoy ourselves and I’ll also feel so good… Please!!!!!

Aakriti: (thinks) I’m okay if your family doesn’t have any problem….

Akshara: Of course not!! In fact, they will make you feel at home…. Trust me!

Aakriti: So done then! Tomorrow I’ll come by 11 in the morning with my luggage… Is it ok??

Akshara: I’ll appreciate if you come early but its fine… Try to come soon…

Aakriti: Ok… Send me your address…. Now go get some sleep…. Tomorrow is a big day… Bye!!

Akshara: Ok di! I’ve messaged my address…. Good night! Bye! Love you! (END CALL)

She sees the time… Its 10:10 pm….

Akshara: Angel’s time! (prays) Everything should be okay tomorrow! ( She goes to sleep)

Meanwhile, Birla house:

All the family members are in the middle of their sleep… except Manjiri…. She is unable to sleep so she goes to the cupboard and slowly opens it and takes out a photo and sits on the couch…. Seeing that photo, a tear escapes her eye…. She wipes it and….

Manjiri: (seeing the photo) I’m sorry!! I’m sorry that I didn’t do anything for you…. Tomorrow, it’s Abhi’s engagement… If you were here, you would have been happier than me…. Everyday I pray to the god that wherever you might be, Be happy!! That’s all I can do for you…. (sobs quietly and hugs and goes to bed)
