The Episode starts with Sarja telling Ahilya about Manjula. Ahilya asks Tukoji to arrest Patil. He says Dhana ji and Gunu ji will be upset with you. She says I had given a chance to Patil, we should have arrested him yesterday itself, anyways, no relation will come in the way of justice. He says fine. She says we will see whatever happens, I don’t want Manjula to stay in this fear. Tukoji leaves. Gunu ji pays a man and asks where did Tukoji go. The man says he went to arrest Patil, I heard Tukoji telling about Ahilya’s command.
Gautama asks Ahilya to go and come for the Mangalgaur games. Ahilya goes to the room and removes the heavy jewellery. She thinks Manjula’s problems will end if Tukoji arrests Patil. Tukoji looks for Patil in the village. Dhana ji comes to Patil and asks him to leave, Tukoji is coming to arrest him. Tukoji asks him to open the door. He asks the guards to break the door. The guards break the door. Tukoji gets inside. He doesn’t see Patil. He returns to the palace. He says Patil has run away. Ahilya says Manjula isn’t safe, this Mangalgaur will not matter if I don’t save a woman’s respect. Harku looks on.
She goes to the stable. The man says I will feed the cow, you should go. She says I came to take the horse, I have to open someone’s eyes before the puja. Gautama asks what, Ahilya is going to the village by leaving the puja, I just asked her for one day, all the women have come, they will laugh on our family. Dwarka comes to them. She tells the ladies about the Mangalgaur games. The ladies clap. Gautama worries.
She says Ahilya didn’t do right to leave the puja meant for her husband’s safety and long life, what work could be so imp, she could have sent Tukoji. Harku says she had sent Tukoji first, but then she went, Manjula isn’t safe, she went to free Manjula and her family from fear, she is doing this to save a woman’s respect, Manjula and her family will bless her, she said if she can’t get justice for a poor girl, then she has no right to do the puja. Ahilya leaves. Gautama says I understand her duties, but you aren’t understanding that we have the guests at home, they will not understand this, Ahilya left the puja. Harku says we know her well, she will come soon, we have to handle the guests. They all ask for Ahilya. Gautama says Ahilya is doing Kuldevi jaap, she will come, we will start the games. The ladies get busy in the games. Harku prays for Ahilya.
Ahilya asks the guards to find Patil and stop him from leaving the village. She comes to meet Manjula. Her parents see her and ask Manjula to get up. Ahilya says let her sit, how are you, Raj vaid will come in some time, don’t worry, its my duty to protect the people. She apologizes to them. The old man cries. He says I m an ordinary farmer, you came to my house, you thought so much for us, its enough. She says farmer is never ordinary, we get the food because of you, Rajya exists because of Praja, I will protect Manjula’s respect and not forgive the wrong doer, Patil will be punished.
