The Episode starts with Tukoji saying Gunu ji didn’t do wrong according to the rules. Ahilya nods. She says we will talk to Gangoba. He says he has gone to Indore, you have to talk to Dhana ji in his absence. She thinks I don’t think it will be good to question Gunu ji’s work. Gautama and Malhar look for Ahilya. Rakma says Ahilya is in the palace, I don’t know where, she had to do some work with Tukoji. Gautama looks at Malhar. He says she kept your word, maybe my problem also gets easy with her advice, why are upset with her. She says she didn’t listen to me completely. He says anger isn’t good, come with me to play chess. He takes her and asks her to spend time with him. They go. Rakma gets angry. Dwarka is with Dhana ji.
He says I know everything what Ahilya is doing, she wants Malwa to take care of the soldiers who aren’t in service, like we are doing charity. Ahilya comes and says no, a soldier risks his life and works for us, if he dies in the battle or gets physically harmed, then we shouldn’t turn away, its our duty to do this. She asks how will he live without money, when he isn’t able to work, then how will he take care of his family. He says we can’t look after him all life. She says that soldier has risked his life for us. He argues. She gives an example of another ruler who looks after his soldiers. He says we have not much money in the royal treasures, we can’t bear more expenses. Dwarka asks Ahilya not to argue. She asks what do you know about the royal treasures, do you want to change the old rules in one night. Dhana ji says Raiba won’t get any financial help, we can’t go against rules. Ahilya worries.
Anandi asks the kids to have less food, else it will end soon, what will they do then. The kids say Ahilya said everything will be fine till evening. Raiba says our fate is bad. Ahilya recalls Dhana ji’s words. She goes out. Rakma goes to Gautam and asks her to see what is Ahilya doing. Everyone comes out. They see Ahilya getting the soil dug. Dwarka asks what’s happening. Ahilya says I was restless all night and wanted my answers, I just wanted to see the foundation of this palace. Bana asks what happened to her. Malhar smiles.
Dwarka says you are Gyaani, you don’t know the foundation is just soil and rock, its not kept on diamonds and jewellery, don’t you understand it, what’s the need to dig the soil. Ahilya says you all think so. She asks Tukoji why didn’t he nod, doesn’t he agree to it. He smiles and says I don’t know the answer, I know that this question isn’t that simple. Gangoba asks what do you want to know, I was here when this palace was made, Dwarka is right, this palace is based on soil and rocks. Malhar says no, I don’t believe so, you all are not wrong, a building is made on soil and rocks, but a king’s palace is made by soldiers and their selfless dedication. Ahilya smiles. Malhar praises the soldiers’ efforts that makes the foundation strong. Ahilya says I agree with it, shouldn’t the soldiers get their rights, we don’t leave the old elders, if any person isn’t able to serve the Rajya, then we can’t leave them. She says I learnt this from Malhar, favor is always a favor, we should never forget it, the people who had given their lives for us, we should take care of them and their needs.
