The Episode starts with Ahilya consoling Sarja. She asks Sarja and family to have prasad laddoos. She introduces herself. She tells about her family. She makes them have laddoos. Ahilya says everyone should get prasad. Sarja’s mum cries and says Lord has sent you to help us. Harku says Ahilya isn’t anywhere in the palace. Gautama says then we have to tell the guards. Ahilya says I don’t have much laddoos. Sarja says I m worried what will happen now. Ahilya says what will I do tomorrow. Sarja says you worry for me a lot, that’s enough. Ahilya says but that won’t help you. Sarja says there is no way to earn grains and money. Ahilya sees the cow and the cow dung. She says I found a way. Gautama says don’t know where did this girl go, did any enemy come in to the palace, I have to find
Dwarka says I know where did Ahilya go. Gautama gets angry. Guard says we were standing away, Ahilya left in the palanquin. Dwarka says Ahilya went to the village temple. Khanderao says I will send the guards. Gautama says this drama to search her happened before also, we both have to go as well. Dwarka says we will also come. Khanderao goes. Gautama asks do you really worry for Ahilya, if it was Sita in her place, then…. what you give the news in the same way, would you come later and inform me. She taunts Dwarka. Ahilya says we have promised that none would be upset in Rajya, I will tell Khandoba that I did good work. Sarja’s mum blesses her.
Sarja cries and says everyone calls us a thief’s family. Ahilya consoles her. Gautama and Khanderao look for Ahilya. She says Ahilya won’t be in the temple. Ahilya and Sarja are on the way. A man asks them to help.
He asks them whom to talk to get some work. Ahilya talks to him. She says I would have asked pujari to help you. The man blesses her. Sarja says Kaka was weird. Ahilya says I felt he will catch us, I was tensed, come we will sell this and do our work. She takes Sarja to the village. She sells the cow dung patches/uple. Khanderao and Gautama look for Ahilya. The man says is that girl Khanderao’s wife. Guards look for Ahilya. Khanderao comes there and sees Ahilya. He shouts stop. Ahilya argues with the people to explain that Sarja’s dad should get punished, why should Sarja get punished, why shall they stay hungry. Everyone looks on. The man says this is the custom, culprit’s family is also punished. Ahilya says all the customs and rules are different, I made a big mistake in my village, pandit asked me to repent, I had struggled to repent.
