The Episode starts with Dwarka joking on the alliance. Gangoba says its an ordinary family. Everyone enquires about the girl and her family. Dwarka says Khanderao is Chote Subedaar, he should marry in a royal family, Malhar married Gautama when he was an ordinary man, but later he had relations with royal families, Bana bai, Harku bai and I came from rich families, maybe he got reminded of his own times, so he wants to get an ordinary girl as his Bahu, maybe he thought the girl will not answer back or show attitude.
Gangoba says yes, Khanderao is pampered here, that girl is also pampered much by her parents, she got much freedom, she is innocent but stubborn, she roams in the village all day, she doesn’t stay in the house, she is naughty, don’t worry, once she comes in this family, she will change completely, she will learn addressing elders with respect, she will stop disrespecting customs, she will stop having her wish always, she is sensible also, she is determined, its not an ordinary thing to have such determination. The girls say we won’t understand her matter now, she is going to become a queen. Khanderao practices music.
Teacher gives him tips. Khanderao says it won’t be fun until I get a tune. Teacher asks him to show the magic of his fingers. Gangoba says I have looked for you in the entire village, I have imp work, we don’t have time. Khanderao goes with him. Gangoba says we have to make a new kamarbandh for his sword. Khanderao asks is any new festive coming. Gangoba says its happening for your marriage. Khanderao gets shocked.

Gangoba says I m not being disloyal to you and Malhar, I can give my life for this family, but Ahilya isn’t suitable for this family, that’s why I m against this alliance, I have no other greed. Gautama asks the servants to put the shagun in different plates. She gets sad.
