The Episode starts with Mukta recalling Yashwant and crying. Ahilya comes to console her and hugs. Mukta asks why can’t you pay attention to Malerao and me, why are you so occupied with the Rajya work. Ahilya says I m with you, I will fix everything, don’t worry. Narmada looks on. She thinks its not the right time to tell Ahilya about Anubhuti. She leaves. Malerao meets the vendors and asks for some loan. He says I got much business to you, I m asking for some loan and your face turned pale, I will become the King of Malwa soon, do you suspect me, tell me. The man says no, but we can’t give you much loan. Malerao says I want to earn money and respect soon. The man says you have to wait till you become a King, sorry, I don’t think you will become a King soon. Malerao asks what shall I do. The man says same thing which Ahilya did and turned rich. Malerao says you mean I also loot the money and get the dacoit stamp on my forehead. The man says loot is of two types, one that dacoits do and other that wise people do, I mean gambling, I will teach you.
The man talks about his daughter Anubhuti’s marriage. The other man says we need to talk, I came to give you sympathy, marriage can’t happen now. Narmada looks on. Anubhuti and her parents cry. Malhar cries and says Malerao left this palace and also our hope is gone now. Ahilya asks him not to get disheartened, Malerao is stubborn, they have to convince him. He talks sadly.
He says I have to take compromises to perform Khanderao’s shraddh, Malerao did wrong, but I have been strict to him, get him back, I will also explain him. She says I also regret when he tests my love again and again.
