Koyal manages to enter the room after breaking the door, the entire family is shocked and wondering where did Sagar go, Koyal says Sagar left and she asks her mother how can Sagar do like this, Mauri says Vedika has done something, Koyal replies Sagar promised to marry her but how can he do it, Saraswathi asks koyal to come from here and they leave the room.

Sagar is sitting on the couch when Vedika is glad to see the worker, she asks Sagar for a pen who replies he was going to the Mandap so how can he bring the pen, the worker hands the pen when Sagar asks why did he not come to the wedding so the worker says that he was not invited, Vedika says she has sent him the clauses in the car when Sagar replies it is a contract marriage and he knows how to read them, Vedika says it says clearly about what they must do until their contract is completed, Vedika says she has nothing in her heart for him and does not feel anything, Sagar replies he feels disgust from her, Vedika replies if it is the case and he wants to heart the truth then she has even more anger for him, along with hatred to which Sagar replies he feels the same thing. Vedika mentions that until they live in the contract marriage then would respect each other without any concern and are not going to fulfill the duties of a couple. Sagar asks what did she write that neither of them would use the bathroom for more then seven minutes while the one who has extra needs can o to use the common washroom. The worker mentions even Sir has entered a clause, Vedika reads that Miss Sharma are going to give ten minutes, Sagar says they are not going to keep the nights light turned on when she replies she cannot sleep in the darkness so they keep arguing when she says trust me, Sagar asks for the ten rupees which she gives to him before signing, Sagar asks if she is sure when Vedika replies she wants to save her mother from it all but is Sagar sure, he also agrees and then signs the contract, he says he even wants to know the reason behind all the tears and problems, Vedika takes out another file, Sagar is stunned when she says that they are the divorce papers so he does not force her to stay with him, Sagar takes them from Vedika replying even he has not lost his mind, Vedika says that she does not have that much time as the police would have reached his house so they need to return, she says the divorce papers would have the date when their desires would be fulfilled, Sagar agrees with Vedika and then signs the divorce papers before handing it back to Vedika, he keeps looking at her as she signs the papers, Vedika gives both the files to the peon while staring at Sagar, he says it was his dream to sign these papers with her some day but not the divorce papers, Vedika replies even she had thought the same thing, the peon congratulates them both but then apologizes, Vedika says he should also be congratulated till they donot get a divorce as per the contract, Sagar raises his hand ahead calling Vedika, Misses Maheshwari so she also shakes his hand, while managing to control her emotions. Vedika then gets a call from Inspector Khan, she thanks him before ending the call. Sagar asks what did she talk about Mr Khan, Vedika replies she is doing her work with a lot of speed and they would get free from this contract very soon, Vedika asks Mr Maheshwari to come so he says after you Misses Maheshwari.

Saraswathi is furiously sitting while Koyal is emotional and after a while the pandit jee asks if the marriage is about to happen or not, Koyal replies it will happen. Rageshwari is talking to the commissioner when she asks how can it happen in his presence, Degvijay also asks kamla if something happened when he replies he has alerted all of his men but they cannot find Sagar. Koyal says Sagar has done it and she asked him a lot of times if he wants to marry her to which he agreed, she gets ups saying it is a lie and he deceived her, she hits the Kalesh which goes to the main door. Saraswathi and Rageshwari console Koyal assuring Sagar will return, Lali reveals Sagar has returned and they all are stunned to see him standing at the main door with Vedika. Koyal walks to stand in front of Vedika along with everyone, Suphedra notices how Sagar is holding the hand of Vedika, Rageshwari and Degvijay get furious at Sagar, Saraswathi also asks if Sagar married Vedika, he nods while agreeing when Degvijay asks what has he done and can he understand something. Vedika says anyone could understand after seeing Mangal Sutur Varnmala, especially questioning Rageshwari Mam and Degvijay sir, she apologies saying they now have a relation so it becomes too formal. Rageshwari asks Sagar why did he marry Vedika as it is not a joke, Suphedra says that his marriage was fixed by his own desire then what is it all, Degvijay says then Sagar agreed to marry this girl, Vedika replies that Sagar agreed as he has found out the truth, Koyal asks what is she talking about, Vedika says that she is the one who took Sagar from the Mandap and then he found out the truth, Saraswathi says Vedika made Sagar believe once again, Sagar says he thought about giving Vedika another chance as he still loves her even if she is not Jhanvi, Koyal says he called her a fake and fraud then who has done it this time, Koyal says that Sagar cannot do it and must throw Vedika out, Saraswathi agrees saying they donot have any place for Vedika in this house, Rageshwari orders Sagar to leave the hand of Vedika and throw her out as they would not accept this marriage, Degvijay also agrees saying no one would accept it, Rageshwari asks why is she standing here, Vedika requests Dadi to not yell and understand they both are married according to Ishwar and law, while if they donot her marriage then she would have to go to the police, she says she told them that she is a smart and capable lawyer so can even file a complain against them that her husband and his family are refusing to accept their marriage. Vedika says according to the Hindu marriage act 1955 section 13.1 IA they can be charged with mental cruelty and Sagar can also be blamed for leaving his wife under the pressure of his family, she says even he knows this much so Sagar agrees. Saraswathi says Vedika really does not have any shame, Vedika replies they have two choices either to accept her as their daughter in law or see their son going out of this house as Sagar would have to go in jail, Vedika says they should think if they have accepted the marriage or plan to throw her out, she asks who is going to do this act, Vedika asks why are they all so quiet, she says this means they have accepted their marriage. Vedika asks Dadi who will prepare for the Grehperwash but Rageshwari replies that a girl like her would not perform the Grehperwash.
