The girl comes back..
She finds om’s cell empty…
Girl asks policemen and she is informed that om has gone to another portion of the jail for cleaning that area… she sits there and waits for him… when he comes back she notices him covering his face with a cloth..
Girl: mr. oberoi…
He ignores her completely and enters into his cell and policemen closes the door…

Girl: Mr. oberoi..

She gets no response from the other side…

Girl: Mr. Oberoi I am here to help you… you don’t have to do this… this cleaning and all…

After a few hours of silence… he finally speaks up…

Omkara: Why don’t you just leave me alone?
Girl: I am here to help you…
Omkara: did I ask you for help?? I don’t need any help… I am happy here…

Omkara again goes into his silence mode… after an hour he again speaks up…

But before she could say something else… guards come and say “madam go now… else I will lose my job…”
She bows her head down… a tear rolls down from her cheek… and she leaves…

****evening (temple)****

A man… in his mid twenties is seen sitting draped in a shawl… shawl with many holes…
He has beard… face is covered with dust…
He is seen sitting on the temple stairs… devotees passing by giving him something to eat…

It’s been hours since he is sitting there… he takes out a photograph from his shirt’s pocket…
And tears start to make their way … and he is whispering something…

And he keeps murmuring that….

The sun sets… and he stands up and starts walking..
He ends up at some night-shelter…
Takes the blanket kept over there and sleeps on the floor…

Somya: now eat your breakfast quickly… you are getting late for school…
Kid: but maa… I want to talk to dadi first.. then…
Somya: beta it’s morning here… that means in india dadi must have been asleep now…
