Colors popular show Barrister Babu is slated to go off-air next month. Though the fans of the show as well as the actors were hoping for an extension, the show will be going off-air and will be replaced by Sirf Tum, featuring Vivian Dsena and Eisha Singh.
Meanwhile, Pravisht, who essays the role of Anirudh Babu on the show, talked about it in an interview and shared, ”Yes, the feeling is still sinking in and I am still trying to process that. The first reaction was of course disappointment and sadness, but the immediate reflex thought was everything has to end for something better to start, so just acceptance as a whole.”
While the fans are talking about how there are different shows with lower TRPs Anirudh believes in performance only and shares, ”I feel that as an actor, I should only be thinking about performing and outperforming myself and doing better each day and not getting into the commercial bit of it. There are people and much smarter people for that and I should allow them to do their work.”
The current track of the show revolves around Anirudh going missing while Bondita is pregnant. In his absence, Batuk has taken his place.
