Scene 1
Ashok comes to Pawan and asks if he tried to flirt with Anandi? did you try to take advantage of her? Pawan says I love her. Ashok slaps him and says I don’t believe in love and you don’t.. you suddenly fell in love with my sister because I became a king? You are using my sister to get my wealth. Pawan says I don’t care about any wealth, I was your friend since childhood. Ashok says we aren’t friends, you are a commoner, it was my goodness that I became your friend, I am not a commoner, I am king Bindusar’s son and you are just a useless commoner. My sister can never be with you.. how dare you even think about being with my sister? I am warning you to stay away from my sister otherwise I won’t spare you. Pawan says I can’t believe this, I have done so much for you so I don’t know who provoked you against me. Anandi and I love each other and won’t be scared of you. If you had asked me nicely then I would have left Anandi but you questioned my friendship so I promise that I will take away your sister and you won’t be able to do anything.
Chanakya gives Ashok’s real kundli to Kaurwaki, he says this is his real kundli which says that he is going to be the greatest warrior and king for our nation, this is the same kundlu that Bindusar never saw and Ashok-Dharma had to leave the palace, he didn’t get his deserved rights, position and honor because nobody saw this kundli. You call him cruel but the reason behind that is what he had to go through, its difficult to live without a father’s love, he had no one to take care of him, he craved his family’s love and he never even got his rights. You can change him, you can give him love. Kaurwaki says he so cruel. Chanakya says its not that, he has done everything as a husband. He saved your brother, he took care of your father. You hate Ashok because people have made you hate him, they want people to remain against Ashok. You are a brave girl and can give strength to Ashok as a brave wife, you have saved Bindusar’s life, you have got Dharma her honor back and now you have to make sure that Ashok becomes a great king but you will be his protector. Your fate says that you will protect and love him. You both are going to be a power couple, you both will be used as an example in history. Your marriage with Ashok is going to change history. You are chosen to help this nation get their great king.
Scene 2
Pawan comes to Sushim, Sushim says what are you doing with me? Ashok won’t like you here. Pawan says I don’t care, I hate him now and I want him to dead, only you can help me. Sushim says great.
Kaurwaki is going back to her room and recalls Chanakya’s words. She falls down and says I did so many mistakes, how couldn’t I see the angel behind his cruel face? He has always been helping me but I was so blinded that I couldn’t see his goodness. She wears sindoor and says I am going to be Magadh’s queen, Ashok’s wife from now on. He deserves a queen and I am going to protect him from now on.
In the morning, Kaurwaki dances around her room and smiles. Her alter ego tells her that you promised Devi that you would never love Ashok, are you going to betray your best friend now? Devi loves Ashok and he might fall in love with her if Kaurwaki doesn’t betray her. Kaurwaki says I can never betray Devi, she is my best friend. Her alter ego says Ashok is your husband so you shouldn’t give up your rights.
Anandi comes to Kaurwaki and says I want to talk about Pawan with you. Kaurwaki says I knew it already, I could see love in your eyes for him. Anandi says you know me so well. Pawan talked to Ashok but they must have fought and now Pawan is roaming around with Sushim, something is wrong. He isn’t even talking to me. Kaurwaki says thank you for telling me this, Sushim is not a good person and I know a person who can resolve this.
A student tells Chanakya that they have discovered a herb in the palace that can organs fail in minutes. Chanakya asks about the security and says no one will dare to attack Bindusar in this much security but if they don’t want to attack Bindusar then for who? Ashok. I am sure they want to attack Ashok but who wants him dead? Kaurwaki comes there and says I have something important to tell, Ashok’s friend Pawan is roaming around with Sushim. Chanakya says now I know Ashok’s friend has become his enemy. Kaurwaki says what do you mean? Chanakya says Ashok has only 500 breaths left now. Kaurwaki is shocked hearing that.
