Helena gets to know that Ashok got a servant pregnant from Kaling and then got her killed. Dayana says they aren’t sure it was Ashok. Helena says if he was then we have to utilize it and make this the truth only.
Dharma gets ready. Ashok comes there and says she looks nice. Dharma says I got all this back because of you, I got my husband back. Ashok makes her wear a crown and says you are a queen.
Bindusar tells Subhandhu that he never saw Ashok’s face as the prediction was I will die as soon as I see his face but maybe this curtain between us is making me blind. I am staying away from Ashok but when I am close to him then I feel peace. He is Dharma and my son.. I love Dharma more than anyone and Ashok is the only son I couldn’t give my love to. Subhandhu
Devi and Kaurwaki come to the palace hall. Ashok glares at Kaurwaki. He praises Devi and says she is looking like a moon. Chaitraj hints at Kaurwaki so she goes to stand with him. The dancer starts dancing, Ashok finds some mark on her hand and goes to check it. Kaurwaki tells Devi that look at him, he is eyeing the dancer like a cheap man. Devi tells her to stop it. Ashok tries to grab the dancer’s hand while Devi looks on. Bindusar passesby there and sees Ashok’s back trying to grab the dancer, he thinks he is so shameless that he is flirting with a dancer in his own marriage and must be drunk. I am ashamed to call him my son. Ashok holds the dancer’s hand. Kaurwaki leaves from there angrily.
Helena stops Kaurwaki and says you are Devi’s friend but I know you know about Ashok’s reality, he is very cruel so you should save your friend from him. Kaurwaki says Devi isn’t listening to me, he is an animal but she doesn’t understand that. Helena says Ashok has been with many girls in the past, he did the same that he did with your friend. All girls were silent but you are Kaling’s princess so do something and save Devi’s life, you have to raise your voice otherwise he will keep spoiling many girls’ lives.
Helena tells Bindusar that there is a cheap man and doesn’t spare any girls. He leers at poor girls and gets them pregnant then he kills them. He lives in our palace so nobody can stop him. Bindusar asks who is he? Helena calls Kaurwaki there and asks her to tell him the truth. Bindusar says don’t worry and tell me the truth. Kaurwaki says your Ashok is a killer, he killed Kaling’s servant and my friend Uma, he had an affair with her and when she got pregnant then he got her killed. Bindusar says that can’t be true. Helena says he is our blood but this is the truth, he killed a pregnant woman. We are all responsible for her death, we never stopped him from making mistakes. Ashok killed his baby and our heir.. the heir that could have been our future. I don’t know how many girls’ lives he has spoiled. Bindusar recalls Ashok’s kundli that he will be cruel and gets angry.
Bindusar comes to the palace hall, the dancer runs from there. Hemant tells Ashok that he got to know that Bindusar is going to see his face today. Ashok gets excited. Bindusar is coming there, Ashok turns around to see his face but a curtain falls between them. Anandi comes there, Ashok says you look pretty. Dayana arrives there while Ashok looks around for Dharma. Kaurwaki comes there too and glares at Ashok. Bindusar’s second wife Vimla comes there too. They call Dharma as Ashok’s mother and not as Bindusar’s wife. Dharma comes there alone without any protocol. Ashok brings her in. Bindusar tells Dharma that he can’t give her position as his wife and a queen.. he orders to take off her crown. Dharma is shocked and recalls how it happened before too when Ashok was born. Ashok is angry but Hemant tells him to control himself. They take off Dharma’s crown and she cries silently. Ashok shouts that Bindusar is a liar, you promised to give her respect and honour as your wife. You are a lying king, you are scared that you will die if you see my face so fine.. you broke your promise and I am going to break your conditions, I will take off all curtains between us and show my face to you.
