Hey guys! Back with a new episode!! Hope after today’s episode you’ll get to Riva’s truth.. enjoy!

Vansh(sighed): “Okay… Five years ago, I went to Jaipur for some property related issue, my best friend also lives there. He was married for three years. But he didn’t have any child. My friend got to know that he was suffering from Azoospermia( a disease in which male is unable to release sperms). He wanted me to donate sperm.

Flashback starts-

In the IVF centre Vansh was sitting beside his best friend(Mr Goenka) and his wife(Mrs Goenka).

A nurse appeared and both of them (Mr&Mrs Goenka) went inside doctor’s cabin. Then Vansh was called inside the operation chamber. He donated sperm.

Later..

Mr Goenka: “Thank you VR. You don’t know what you have done for us! BOTH of you are not less than god for us!! Thank you my best friend!”

Vansh: “Speaking thank you to your best friend! Where have you learn those ettiqettes? ”(both laughed).

Vansh: “By the way! You said both of us?”

Mr Goenka was going to speak something when nurse called him. He went away bidding farewell to Vansh as latter had a flight to Mumbai.

Flashback ends..

Riddhima: “Then what happened to them? I meant why Riva is with YOU?”

Vansh: “After almost one year, he invited me and my family at his daughter’s first birthday. I went to Jaipur again with my family..

Flashback starts-

At the airport Vansh and family were waiting for the Goenkas but they didn’t came. Vansh tried to call them but their phone was coming unreachable. Vansh then went to their house with his family. There, servants told him that

Servant: “Sir, Mr & Mrs Goenka has already went to receive you at the airport! They have not returned yet!”

Vansh started looking for them.. He asked servants about their daughter.

Servant: “ Baby is sleeping in her room.”

Vansh went to see the little baby. She was fast asleep, far away from the worries of the world. Vansh touched her face and then finger. Little girl held his finger tightly. Vansh tried hard to take his finger back but she held it tightly. Vansh kissed the little girl and then removed his finger. He then went to police station to file a missing report against them.. Later they got to know that Mr & Mrs Goenka has met with a deadly accident that has taken their life.

Vansh was helpless. He was worried for the girl.

Anupriya: “Vansh beta don’t worry god will surely help us..”

Vansh and family did all the cremation rituals. Later they got to know their(Goenka’s) will: “If something happened to us, we want that half of our properties to be distributed to poor children and half of it is given to our child.”

Vansh did as their will said. But he was still worried for little girl afterall she was her part. He didn’t want to sent her to orphanage.

Servants gave all the memories of Mr Goenka to Vansh as he didn’t have any family or anyone close to him other than Vansh.

Vansh asked about Mrs Goenka’s whereabouts. Servant replied : “We will give them to her sister,..”

Vansh: “She have a sister?”

Servant: “Actually she have a best friend! And she is very close to her(Mrs.Goenka) that’s why she consider her(best friend) as her sister!Haven’t you met her? She came at the cremation ceremony!”

Vansh: “Oh ,was she there?”

Servant: “Actually for a while.. she was unable to see Mrs Goenka…”

Vansh understood.

Vansh went to his best friend’s room and read his diary.. In the last page he found a note:

“Today is Riva’s first birthday and I have invited my best friend. Today I want him to become my daughter’s official guardian! He was an angel sent to god for us! We could never revert his help…”

Reading this Vansh got teary eyed. He was feeling like a ship stuck in fog, which didn’t know where to go!Just then Anupriya came.She read those lines and understood Vansh’s feelings.

Anupriya: “You don’t want Riva to be sent to orphanage right?”

Vansh nodded.

Anupriya: “Let’s adopt her!”

Vansh was shocked from Anupriya’s reply.

Anupriya: “Don’t surprise beta. I know he is your best friend. You should accept his last wish..”

Then Vansh and family went to Mumbai by legally adopting Riva.

Flashback ends.

Riddhima: “Oh! So Ahana is Mrs Goenka’s best friend!”

Vansh nodded.

Then they reached at the first house. Riddhima didn’t like that house, so they went to other one.. This one was also rejected, and then the last one too…

Vansh and Riddhima were going back to VR Mansion.

In the car-

Vansh: “If you’ll reject every house with this pace, you have to stay in my house only!” (funnily)

Riddhima gave an annoyed looked.

On the other side.. In the VR Mansion. Riva was sitting on the study, painting something. When Anupriya arrives.

Anupriya: “What is my bachcha drawing?”

Riva showed her a drawing in which a little girl was seen holding hands of a man and a lady.

Riva(pointing to the little girl): “It’s me,(pointing to man) he is papa, (lady) and she is Dr.Ma.. Dadi meet my small family..” (joyously)

Anupriya(thinking): “Riddhima have become everyone’s family in a small time, she is perfect girl for our family and Riva also likes her!”

Then Vansh and Riddhima entered the house.

The whole family sat on the dinning to eat the dinner.

Siya: “Riva try this pasta..” giving pasta to her.

At the same time Vansh served Pasta to Riddhima. Riddhima and Riva begin to eat pasta.. But suddenly both of them started coughing.. Everyone worried. Vansh give a glass of water to both, but still they were coughing and this time more harder. Vansh then smelled the Pasta.

Vansh(shouting): “Mushrooms! Who put mushrooms in this pasta? Don’t you know Riva is allergic to them!”

Vansh brought the anti allergic syrup and fed it to Riva, she was fine then. But Riddhima’s condition was getting critical, she wasn’t able to breathe due to regular coughing.. Vansh didn’t knew if Riddhima was also allergric, but he fed her with the syrup too.. Coughing stopped..

Anupriya: “Riddhima.. you fine?”

Riddhima nodded while drinking water.

Vansh: “Are you too alergic…”

Riddhima(in between): “Yes, I am allergic to Mushrooms!”

Riva: “Same pinch Dr.Ma”

Riddhima smiled at Riva’s childish behaviour.

Vansh(thinking): “How come they both have so much similarities?”

After dinner everyone went to their rooms. Riddhima was thinking about what Vansh told him in car about Riva.. then she started thinking what happened with her five years back…

Flashback starts(continue from IVF centre when Goenkas were called in Doctor’s cabin and Vansh was sitting outside.)

Inside the cabin-

Doctor: “Mrs Goenka, you also can’t release ovum.. you could only provide your womb for the baby.. it’s like a surrogate mother.. you need someone else’s ovum to concieve..”

Mr Goenka: “Doctor, but initially you told that problem is with me?”

Doctor: “Mr Goenka you both can’t concieve.. If you want a child you need donors.”

Mr Goenka(to her wife): “What now?”(stressfully)

Mrs. Goenka: “I’ll call my friend. Don’t worry we will become parents..”

Mrs Goenka calls someone.

A girl enters the IVF centre. She crossed paths with Vansh who was sitting in the waiting area, but they didn’t see each other. Girl entered the cabin.

Mrs Goenka: “Riddhima, thank god you arrived”

Riddhima: “I am always willing to help you Vani.”

They hugged each other.

Mrs Goenka: “Doctor she is my best friend, Dr Riddhima Soni, she will be my donor.”

Doctor took Riddhima’s signature on a legal paper and the process starts.. Just when Vansh entered the operation cabin.. Both were on the same cabin but they weren’t able to see each other due to curtain.

Flashback ends.

Riddhima was in tears.

Riddhima(herself): “Why god? Why you took my best friend from me? What has she done.. I remembered how she and Rishi died in an accident leaving their child to an orphanage.”

Riddhima wiped her tears and went outside to take some fresh air.She found Vansh standing on the yard. She went towards him.

Riddhima: “Don’t want to sleep?”

Vansh turned around.

Vansh: “Hmm.. you here?”

Riddhima: “Wasn’t able to sleep”

They both were looking to the trees..

Riddhima: “Why you name her Riva?”

Vansh: “I didn’t named her that.. I found this name on Rishi’s diary”

Riddhima: “Rishi?”

Vansh: “My best friend.. Rishi Goenka.. oh now I got, this name is amalgamation of their names.. Rishi and…”

Riddhima(shockingly): “Vani?”

Vansh: “Yes..how do you know?”

Riddhima was dumbstruck.. she was sure that his best friend was her best friend’s husband!

Riddhima took out her phone and showed Vansh a photo..

Riddhima: “Is this Rishi’s wife Vani?”

Vansh: “Yes.. do you know her?”

Riddhima(startled): “Oh god! Vani was my best friend.”

Now this was time for Vansh to get baffled.Riddhima told him everything. Now they got to know the entire truth, that Riva was Riddhima and Vansh’s child. But look at the irony, none of them knew it. Riddhima was told by Goenka’s servants that Vani’s child has been sent to orphanage. And Vansh all this time consider Riva to be Vani’s daughter.. Both didn’t knew that they were Riva’s real parents.

Riddhima was in tears, while Vansh was having mixed expressions. He was happy that Riva had got her mother but at the same time was full of suspicion.

Riddhima: “Wait, Vani didn’t have any other best friend than me! How come Ahana.. and actually I knew everyone in Vani’s circle but I have never seen Ahana before!”

Vansh: “I was thinking the same! You told me that you were Vani’s best friend, then who is Ahana?”

Riddhima and Vansh decided to find out. Later they both were going towards their rooms..

Riddhima: “Can I see Riva?”

Vansh: “You can, anytime, after all she is your daughter too!”

Riddhima and Vansh went to Vansh’s room where they find Riva sleeping. Riddhima came near her. She caress her head and then kissed her. She wanted to spend the whole night with her but she was hesistant to do so. She turned around to go to her room when she saw a painting. She held it and saw. Vansh also came near her to see the painting. It was the same painting Riva had drawn today.. Painting was titled “My Family”

Riddhima saw her caricature in the painting as above it was written “Dr.Ma”

Tears rolled down from her eyes. Vansh saw this. He held her arm.

Vansh: “You don’t need to blame yourself.. you wasn’t knowing that she is here, otherwise..”

Riddhima: “Otherwise? Otherwise what Vansh? If I would be at your place I would not be able to take Riva’s responsibility. My family wouldn’t have allowed..and if they have allowed I would myself think about society.. I must say, you are very brave Vansh, and you are really a wonderful person.. I am a coward.. I have left my child. You know she was considering herself a bad girl because her mother had left her! I am responsible for her condition”

She cried hard.

Vansh hugged her. He calmed her down.

Vansh: “Stop it! It was not your mistake.. And I have known you this much that you would never leave your daughter. Stop blamimg yourself. And as far as I know, you are a wonderful woman. You have always made Riva happy, I have never seen her happy during these years. When you are with her she is at cloud nine. I could feel it! You are best mother, Riddhima.”

Last words made Riddhima felt better. She then separated herself from Vansh.

Riddhima: “You must sleep, Goo..”

Vansh: “You can be with Riva, I have no problem. I will sleep in the couch.”

After several refusals Riddhima agreed, as she herself wanted to be with Riva this time.

She made Riva slept on her lap and she started caressing her hairs. Vansh lied on couch and was witnessing this.
