PolesApart Episode 29: Engagement Day!

Hello friends.. i got to know that you all were scared from the title of previous episode.. well i did it on purpose.. sorry! don’t worry, i will not let anything happen to your Riva!! and thank you so much for your comments.. love you guys!

Vansh and Angre were waiting for their respective fiance for the ceremony. The mansion was fully decorated and everyone was happy.

Vansh(thinking): “I know after rebuking Riva, Riddhima would be sad herself! I had to made both of them smile.”

Then Ishani and Mrs Soni arrives taking Siya. She was looking adorable. Vansh saw Siya then Angre. He smiled.

Vansh(thinking): “I am very happy for them!”

Just then he saw Riddhima coming with Anupriya and Ahana beside her. And Riva was holding Riddhima’s hand, taking her down.

Vansh(thinking): “I thought I had to do the patch up between them, but it looks that they already patched up!”

Vansh took Riddhima’s other hand, taking her off the stairs.

Riddhima was standing there, holding Riva and Vansh’s hand.. all of them twinning in Royal blue attire!

Then Siya and Angre sat on the sofa. Similarly Riddhima and Vansh sat on the other sofa.. Riva came and sat beside Riddhima, making her sitting in the middle.

Then Vansh makes Riddhima wear ring. Angre also places the ring on Siya’s fingers.

Everyone claps.

Now the girls placed the ring on their man. Just then Aaryan and Ishani burst the party bomb.

Due to the sudden noise Riddhima and Riva got scared. Riva hugged Riddhima. While the latter hugged Vansh. Everyone hooted and clapped.

Vansh(to Riddhima) : “You both mother daughter are such a cowards!”

Riddhima and Riva(together): “We are not!”

They smiled when they notice that they spoke exact same words. Riddhima and Riva high fived! Then Riddhima removes the confetti from Riva’s hairs and dress.Vansh did the same to Riddhima. Everyone adorned them.

Kabir: “Listen .. we all have decided to get you married in three days. Since priest has told that this is auspicious time. So we decided to start it with today! Today’s not only your Engagement but Sangeet also!”

Vansh(thinking): “I really appreciate your words Kabir! You are the best brother in law!” (smiled)

Aaryan: “so why not we all sing?”

Ishani: “Yes good idea! But we should do it in a new way!”

Anupriya: “Yes.. let’s have a game.. we all will get a slip. The slip contains the names of all of us. Everyone would get one slip. The person who got the slip has to sing for the person, whose name is written on the slip! What say?”

Chanchal: “Wonderful idea bhabhi!”

Rudra: “But what if we get our own name?”

Mrs Soni: “So we will choose another putting the previous one again!”

Everyone: “Okay! Lets start!”

Everyone took one chit .

Chanchal: “Okay so let’s start with Riddhima.”

Riddhima came in between she sings..

Ishani: “Oh! Wow! We know for whom you have sang this!”

Aaryan: “Yes, obviously for Vansh bhai! You love him the most.”

Vansh: “No! she loves someone more than me..”

Riddhima: “Yes! This song is dedicated to someone else!”

Ishani: “What? For whom?”

Riddhima: “Someone I love the most!”

Anupriya: “Who’s that?”

Riva(shouting): “It’s me!”

Ishani: “For Riva?”

Riddhima nodded. Riva ran and hugged Riddhima. Both of them then sat.

Mrs Soni arrived next to sing.

Mrs Soni: “Mere saamne vaali khidki pe

Ik chaand ka tukda rehta hai

Afsoos ye hai ki vo humse kuch ukhda ukhda rehta hai!”

Riddhima: “Mumma. Who is ukhda from you?”

Mrs Soni: “Think..”

Ahana: “Is it for me, aunty?”

Mrs Soni: “Yes. You stays in front my room, right?”

Ahana: “Yes.. but why are you upset from me?”

Mr Soni: “Because you call her aunty! Now, to Kabir also calls her Mumma.. so you also behave like good DIL and summon her as Mumma! Okay?”

Ahana smiled and hugged Mrs Soni.

Ahana: “Okay, mumma!”

Everyone smiled.

Aaryan arrives: “Dheere dheere badne lagi jaane kaisi ye dosti

Thoda thoda mai tujhsa tu mujhsi hai honi lagi

Mila hoon jabse, tera hoon tabse

Paas tere hoon, door sabse

Hua hai jaisa, hua nahi kabhi

Everyone was puzzled for whom Aaryan sung this.

Siya : “I know you sang this for whom?”

Riddhima: “Me too..”

They smiled, looking at Ishani.

Then Anuj arrived. He sang ‘saamne ye kaun aaya..’ Anupriya also arrived and she sang ‘Tu tu hai wohi dil ne jise apna kaha’.

Everyone were curious to know for whom they dedicated their songs. But neither of them spoke. They just keep staring each other.

Then Vansh arrived.

Vansh sang: “ Saala kitna sona hai

Sone jaisa uska mann

Sunn zara sunn kya kehti hai

Sale ji meri dhadhkan

Tu mera saala number 1!!”

Everyone burst into laughter!!

Vansh: “What? I got Kabir’s name slip.. so what should I sing for him?”

Everyone laughed holding their stomache.

The ceremony ended and they went to their rooms.
