POLES APART (CHAPTER 2)

Chapter 2:

As i lay on the bed one thing that strikes me right after dadi, Om, Rudra and prinku is anika…! I seriously have no idea of what is going through me when i saw anika the first time. As far as she knows i know her from the day her interview happened, and as far i know i know her from her first year of collage at “THE SCHOOL OF BUSIENESS”, she was apparently Om’s colleague and that’s when i saw her. But as soon as Om changed his mind of leaving the business school and pursue art, even i had given up the thought of meeting anika ever again in my life. But god had other plans for me…i apparently happened to see Anika’s name in the list of the newly appointed recruiters for the company who would be working under bade papa….. i was so damn happy and was so excited to meet anika after a hell of 5 years. I had the same excitement in me even after 5 years. I don’t know why but i feel that there was some strong connection between us and i don’t know the kind of attraction i had towards her which i had to nobody in my life.
The day finally arrived and i saw her after 5 years…freaking 5 years. She looked the same and had not changed a bit of herself. She was anika…anika as such….MY ANIKA….. that was the moment when my heartbeat was faster as usual, i had goose bumps… i shivered for the first time looking at someone. Man! What was this and that’s the moment i realised that love had taken over me. Call it foolishness but the moment i saw her i wanted her for the rest of my life. I wanted her to become an integral part of my life.
Anika as said was beauty with brains. Her works are amazing and appreciative. She was one among the toppers in her collage. She could handle any sort of problem and that’s how she got selected to work in the Oberoi groups. I somehow begged bade papa and got her along with some other people just to escape the clutches of bade papa and that’s how my love story…err one sided love story started.
I loved watching her working with me and liked her cute antics just like the one she did today. That reminds me of today when i started a small playful act…she was maybe shocked with that but later the look she gave me a relieved looked. I was pleased with that. I really cannot stay away from her and that’s why i keep calling her to my cabin for every petty issue. Funny right…SHIVAY SINGH OBEROI depending on someone for petty issues.
Just then i felt someone shaking me… i looked up to see rudra with his pillow and giving me irritated look.
“Bhaiyaa paagalon ke tarah hass kyu raha ho and what the hell is this you are sleeping on the bed hugging a pillow and giving kisses to it….CHI…mere bhaaiya…kitne chepade hai…!!”
It was just then i realised my sleeping position. I was stretching myself and covered half of the king sized bed with a pillow next to me…..
“What the wuck…?” i shouted seeing my position.
“That was supposed to be my dialogue seeing you in this state..!” replied rudra.
“Kuch nahi rudra….i was thinking about an important deal…and was engrossed in it and i dint see you…” i somehow made up words…” mujhe ek important call karni hai…you sleep here…”
I started to move out of the room when i heard rudra
“Bhaiyaa anika bhabhi koi deal nahi hai and time tho 1 pm hai…anika bhabhi soi hogi…disturb mat karo….mere anika bhabhi ko and mujhe bhi.” He replied sleepily. “Good night bhaiyaa and please keep some distance from me…you might do anything in your sleep.”
Well he and Om knew this…after all they are my brothers and “HUM SAATH HAI THO BAATH HAI”

So here is it. Thanks for such amazing response and love. Shivay is head over heels for anika, while the latter has to realise her feelings for shivay. Do comment and criticise. Hope you guys loved it.
