The Episode starts with everyone expressing concern for Rani, and Devu suggests she see a doctor. Despite their worries, Rani decides to focus on her exam and leaves. However, she struggles to find an auto and faints again. A crowd gathers around her, trying to wake her up. Digvijay arrives at the hospital, where Alisha informs him that the OT is ready and insists that he must ensure a successful surgery since it involves an influential client. Digvijay firmly reminds her that every patient is equal in his eyes. Alisha, however, brings up Rani, suggesting that he is upset for not dropping her at the exam center. Annoyed, Digvijay accuses her of spying on him, but Alisha clarifies that she learned about it from Pinky. He warns her to stay out of his personal matters.
Rani regains consciousness in the hospital and attempts to leave for her exam. The doctor advises her to rest, stating that she is still weak and that her family should be informed. The shocking news follows—the doctor reveals that Rani is pregnant. Stunned, Rani recalls the moment she confronted everyone and begins thinking about her father and Digvijay. When the doctor insists she call her husband for further tests, Rani refuses, stating that he is occupied with surgery. Grabbing her bag, she rushes out, prompting the doctor to instruct the nurse to inform Digvijay Gandhi.
Inside the operation theater, Digvijay begins surgery as his phone rings. Unaware of the situation, he remains focused on his work.
Struggling to find an auto, Rani gets distracted by a toy seller and suddenly starts seeing babies everywhere, a constant reminder of her pregnancy. She wonders how Digvijay, who doesn’t even acknowledge their marriage, would ever accept this child. Determined to put the thoughts aside, she decides to prioritize her exam.
After a successful surgery, Alisha congratulates Digvijay and tries to hug him, but he stops her. She invites him to discuss future plans in the cabin, but he declines, stating that he needs to pick up Rani.
At the exam center, a guard stops Rani from entering. She pleads with him, but the examiner initially refuses to let her in. Desperate, she appeals to the senior examiner, explaining her condition, and is eventually granted permission.
As she sits for the exam, memories of everyone’s taunts flood her mind, but she gathers courage and begins writing. Back home, Narayani unexpectedly tells Madhuri to let Rani rest for the day, shocking her. Narayani clarifies that she isn’t a dictator and doesn’t want to be blamed if something happens to Rani. Madhuri, however, worries about how Rani will manage her studies amidst everything.
While watching the news, Narayani notices a report about Ahmedabad Medical Center and realizes that Rani attends the same college. Meanwhile, Bade Papa calls Digvijay, asking him to pick up Rani, informing him about an ongoing protest at the college.
Digvijay arrives at the college, only to find it surrounded by students. As time runs out, he decides to go inside and informs the police that he is there to pick up his wife. The police direct him to the back exit.
Rani finishes her exam, but her phone dies due to a low battery. Vijay advises Digvijay to search thoroughly, while Narayani claims that Rani is deliberately causing trouble. Rani learns from security about the protest and is advised to stay inside the college. Unable to contact her family, she attempts to escape by climbing over the wall but ends up surrounded by protesters. Meanwhile, the police inform Digvijay that his wife may have already left and advise him to leave.
