The Episode starts with Dhwani getting ready for the medical camp while Rani lovingly feeds her breakfast. A kind lady tells Rani she’s been praying for Dhwani’s well-being. Rani shares with Dhwani that they’ll be visiting a children’s welfare NGO today and prays to Kanhaji for her daughter’s health.
Once they reach the camp, Rani is surprised to see a long queue. She meets Mr. Kulkarni and discusses the necessary formalities. While Rani takes care of the paperwork, she lets Dhwani go play. Dhwani wants to join the boys for football, but they shoo her away, telling her to play with the girls instead. Annoyed, Dhwani kicks the ball straight at Anisha. Digvijay watches the scene unfold, and Anisha calls out Dhwani’s name angrily. Digvijay, however, tells Anisha to let the child
Dhwani, unfazed, gives a sweet and sharp reply that unexpectedly softens Digvijay’s heart. Anisha asks Dhwani to call her mother, and Dhwani quickly apologizes. Digvijay comforts the little girl with a hug—an emotional moment that makes him feel as if he’s holding Rani herself. He’s moved, and something stirs within him. Meanwhile, Anisha misreads the moment and dreams of getting married to Digvijay soon.
Suddenly, Dhwani begins rubbing her eyes and tells Digvijay she can’t see clearly. She mentions that she ate a ladoo earlier in the day. Concerned, Digvijay asks Anisha to call Mr. Kulkarni and starts examining Dhwani. Coincidentally, both he and Dhwani are wearing identical black threads, adding an eerie sense of connection.
Rani finds out that the NGO is tied up with Medicare Hospital. Meanwhile, Dhwani innocently asks Digvijay if eating sweets damaged her eyes. He gently tells her it’s because she cried too much. At the admission counter, Rani learns that the camp is sponsored by none other than Digvijay Gandhi—and that selected children will receive treatment at a hospital in Ahmedabad.
Panic hits Rani. She runs to find Dhwani just as Digvijay gets busy on a call. When he turns around, the child is gone. Alarmed, he asks Anisha if she saw where the girl went, explaining that she needs urgent surgery. He looks around and finally spots Rani leaving with Dhwani. He rushes after them, but Rani makes it home and shuts the door quickly. She sends Dhwani to her room. The lady in the house asks what’s wrong. Rani explains that if Digvijay finds out Dhwani is her daughter, he might take her away. She’s terrified of losing her child.
Meanwhile, Digvijay instructs Mr. Kulkarni to locate the child immediately—time is running out and the surgery is critical. Anisha suggests they leave the camp for now.
Back home, the concerned lady advises Rani to speak to her father. But Rani is torn—if her father finds out Dhwani is in danger, it would break him. She’s lost and doesn’t know which path to take.
Elsewhere, Niranjan reads Rani’s old letters and gets emotional. In them, she promised to make him proud someday and fight her battles alone. He breaks down, overwhelmed with emotion, and files a police complaint against Digvijay. Pinky confronts him at the police station. Niranjan claims that the Gandhi family did something to his daughter, who’s been missing for years. Baa argues with him, and Narayani tells Digvijay to show Rani’s report, which states that the child was lost. Pinky taunts him as she shows him the report. Niranjan reads it, visibly shattered.
Gayatri tries to justify their actions. She asks Niranjan if he knows where Rani is. Devu reveals that Rani left the house because of Anisha. Digvijay defends Anisha and is stunned to hear she lives in the same house. Pinky taunts Niranjan again, saying that while Anisha saved Digvijay’s life, his daughter failed to be a good daughter. Narayani tells Niranjan to leave—they’ll never accept Rani again. She adds that because of Rani, she lost her grandchildren.
Suddenly, Niranjan gets a call. He thinks it’s from Rani, but it turns out to be Bhavesh placing a food order. Niranjan’s heart breaks again. He cries, desperate to find his daughter before it’s too late.
Meanwhile, Digvijay finally receives the address of Dhwani from Mr. Kulkarni. He tells Anisha they must reach the child immediately, or she may lose her eyesight. Without wasting a second, he heads out.
At the same time, Rani approaches her boss for a loan, but is told it will take time. The boss suggests she join the hospital’s free treatment program instead. Rani requests to be transferred elsewhere, but her boss insists it’s the best hospital around. Rani stays silent—she can’t bring herself to explain the real reason. Time is running out, and Digvijay is on his way.
Precap: The police arrive at Rani’s door to question her about the girl. They stop her before she can leave.
