The episode kicks off with Devu announcing the sangeet ceremony for Rani and Digvijay. Dhwani is set to perform first, dedicating her dance to her parents. As Dhwani’s graceful moves get everyone grooving, Ishaan and Devu join her on stage, soon followed by the whole family—lighting up the mood and stirring a jealous fire in Anisha’s heart. Digvijay and Rani beam with happiness as Pinky joins Dhwani, and the Gandhi family totally rocks the stage. Baa lifts Dhwani in a proud, joyous moment.
Suddenly, the music cuts off—Anisha’s doing. She wants to call the couple on stage to execute her sneaky plan. The music resumes, Digvijay and Rani share a dance while everyone watches. Anisha subtly moves into position. Devu starts feeling dizzy. Just then, Digvijay lifts Rani, and—oh no!—the rope holding the jhoomar is cut. The heavy chandelier swings dangerously, inching downward. Devu faints, and Anisha grabs the rope, but her plan backfires. Everyone rushes to wake Devu, and Narayani orders Ishaan to take her inside. Anisha’s anger boils.
Meanwhile, the nurse waiting for Anisha is caught by the doctor. Police question the doctor about Anisha’s whereabouts, who nervously reveals the nurse might spill the secret. The senior officer is called in, and tension spikes.
Back home, Narayani and the family worry for Devu, but Pinky reassures them that Devu will be fine. Dhwani tells Narayani that her parents are doctors and will take good care of Devu. Rani updates them—Devu’s stable but weak. Then comes the big surprise: through Dhwani, everyone learns that Devu is pregnant! Baa’s eyes widen in shock and joy. Ajay asks Devu to confirm, and Dhwani clarifies it proudly—Devu Masi is expecting. The family bursts with happiness. Ishaan admits he was terrified, but Narayani teasingly mocks him, much to everyone’s amusement. Baa is over the moon. Madhuri remarks that after a long time, happy days are finally here, and Kanhaji will protect them from evil eyes.
Dhwani playfully demands Devu to bless her with a brother so she can tie him Rakhi. Digvijay jokes that they’ll find out in nine months. Ishaan asks Dhwani to help take care of Devu, who apologizes to Rani and Digvijay for disrupting their celebrations.
Rani insists Devu rest and promises to celebrate properly later. Narayani instructs Rani to send Naina away for now, assuring they’ll call her back. Gayatri suggests a special puja for Devu’s health, which delights Baa. Rani goes to pick up her necklace from the stage, while Madhuri tells Naina the function is called off for personal reasons. Narayani advises Rani to inform only her father, keeping the news from others for three months.
But Anisha isn’t done. Desperate to kill Rani, she sneaks back and releases the rope—this time the jhoomar crashes down on Rani! Panic erupts as everyone rushes to her side. Digvijay frantically searches for the wedding planner, learning he has fled the venue. Pinky orders Roshan to call him immediately.
Meanwhile, police interrogate the nurse, and try to trap Anisha’s accomplices. Ishaan promises Devu healthy food and care from now on. Rani says she’s not upset about the canceled ceremony—Digvijay matters more to her. Baa praises her strength. Pinky teases Digvijay, telling him to find his name on Rani’s palm. He searches, finding nothing—everyone playfully mocks him. Rani nudges him to look closer just as Dhananjay informs Digvijay about a nonstop phone call. Curious, Digvijay answers—and is shocked by who’s on the line.
