The Episode starts with Anisha questioning Digvijay about his refusal to sign the divorce papers, especially since Rani has already signed them. She assures him that they’ll secure custody of Dwani and that the alimony will ensure Rani lives comfortably. Anisha admits that while Dwani might take time to adjust to her, she’s willing to let Rani meet Dwani occasionally. She believes they can still have a good life together.
Digvijay loses his temper. He lashes out at Anisha, calling her selfish, and tells her that he no longer trusts her. Anisha tries to explain that breaking his trust was never her intention. She insists she’s not at fault, but Digvijay accuses her of being the root cause of everything — that it was she who created the distance between him and Rani. He confesses that,
Later, Digvijay confronts Rani, asking why she signed the papers and why she gave up on their relationship. With raw emotion, he pleads with her to punish him if she must, but not to leave him. He reminds her of the day she asked him if he loved her — and how he answered in anger. He now confesses that he has always loved her. To prove his feelings, he takes her to their old room — the place that held their memories. He tells her that whenever he missed her, he would come here. Everything has remained untouched, preserving the echoes of their past.
Rani mentions that she once saw the room and noticed their photos scattered on the floor. Digvijay admits it was in a moment of rage. He then explains that while Anisha supported him during tough times, he never gave her the place Rani held in his heart. He says the family pressured him to marry Anisha, but Rani accuses him of thanking Anisha by being intimate with her. Digvijay says he didn’t know the truth back then but now realizes what he truly wants. He asks Rani to think about Dwani’s future — and to believe that his love for her never faded. Both of them are left in tears, overwhelmed by their shared memories.
As Rani reflects on everything — on Digvijay’s sincerity and Dwani’s needs — she begins to believe that Digvijay wouldn’t lie to her. She starts to see that Anisha has manipulated the situation from the beginning. Devu informs Rani that Digvijay has torn up the divorce papers, giving her a second chance to make things right. Just then, Rani remembers she’s running late for the hospital.
At the hospital, Geeta warns Anisha that they must deliver the medicine on time or Kamal will report everything to Digvijay. Kamal calls Anisha and reminds her that the delivery must be completed by 8 a.m. Meanwhile, Rani learns from Shristi that Geeta has arrived. When Kamal checks in, Anisha tells him there’s no stock available and she’ll need two days. She instructs Geeta to handle the rest, assuring her she’ll take care of everything else. Geeta manages to arrange the stock, and Rani discreetly records the entire exchange.
To avoid suspicion, Anisha sends the security guard away to welcome a VIP guest and quietly prepares the delivery. Kamal warns her that if the delivery isn’t completed by tomorrow, the truth about the illegal organ transplant and medicine racket will come out. Anisha hastily books a ticket to leave Delhi, unaware that Rani now has strong evidence against her.
Later, Narayani notices Anisha preparing to leave and asks her where she’s going. Anisha casually replies that she’ll be in Delhi for a few days. Just then, Rani appears and tells her someone wants to meet her.
Rani calls the entire family to the hall. Narayani, confused, asks what this new drama is. Rani calmly replies that a guest has come to see Anisha — and that everyone should meet them. The police walk in and arrest Anisha on charges of running an illegal medicine and organ racket through the hospital. Digvijay is stunned and demands to know the truth. Anisha insists it’s all a misunderstanding, but Rani confidently tells the family that there is solid evidence.
Despite the accusations, Anisha denies everything. Pinky also sides with Anisha and blames Rani for tarnishing her image. But Rani silences everyone by playing the recorded video — showing Anisha involved in the illegal medicine dealings. The family is shocked to see the truth with their own eyes.
