The Episode starts with some mens illegally hunting birds in the jungle. Suddenly, a girl dressed as a police scare those mens away. The girl rescue the birds, and her helper ask her what she will do next. The girl says she will free the birds and tells about her dream to become the best doctor. Rani is introduced. She hopes her dad will give permission. Rani talks about admission in Ahmedabad, but her dad wait for the result. Rani watch on television that a young doctor named Digvijay Gandhi will soon go to Ahmedabad for an emergency transplant through the green corridor.

Digvijay Gandhi is a young, energetic doctor. His senior agree that he is the best but also aware of his anger problem. Rani find out that Digvijay Gandhi is the top topper, and the green corridor is 200 km long. Rani wants to see it, but her brothers refuse to let her go. Rani convince her dad, and he give permission. Her brother tell their dad that Rani has become stubborn like their mother. The dad say he has arrange Rani’s marriage.

Digvijay tells his senior that he is best for handling the transplant case. Meanwhile, Rani visit some unknown patients in the hospital, cheering them up. The patients bless her, and she ask everyone to pray for her results.

Digvijay’s dad is very excited and tell everyone to gather for the live telecast. Digvijay’s aunt want to go to school, but Dadi maa not allow her. The aunt cancel her meeting, and Digvijay’s dad argue with his wife for gathering everyone to watch their son on TV. He tell his wife to pray that their son control his anger. Digvijay leave for the green corridor, and everyone is excited to see him on TV. Rani check her result and finds out she scored 98% in the first division. She is happy because her dad will not refuse permission anymore. Her friend is happy even with 42%, saying now she is free and will get married. Digvijay’s mother wants a girl for her son who always assist him.

On the road, the green corridor is block, and some boys try to break the rules. They collide with Digvijay’s bike. The boys argue with Digvijay for hitting their car, making him angry. Digvijay slap one of the boys and tell them he is on a mission to save a life. Digvijay’s dad complain that his son always mess with people. The mob gets angry and gather to block the corridor. Rani jump into the ambulance and take the heart, but Digvijay stops her.
