The Episode starts with Rani rushing to the operation theatre, where a woman is in severe labor pain. Overwhelmed with nervousness, she ignores a call from Devu. Worried about Rani, Devu confides in Ishaan, who suggests sending her a voice note. Devu records a message, urging Rani to come home quickly as everyone is anxious.
Determined to proceed with the operation, Rani instructs the nurse to call a gynecologist for assistance. She warns the ward boy that if they don’t act fast, the hospital will be in serious trouble. Despite initial reluctance, the doctor eventually allows Rani to perform the operation under her guidance. With great effort, Rani successfully delivers the baby, giving the struggling mother much-needed hope. Holding the newborn in her arms, Rani becomes emotional, deeply moved by the experience of childbirth.
Impressed by Rani’s dedication, the doctor praises her for saving two lives, and the mother expresses her gratitude. Meanwhile, Digvijay tries to call Rani, but her phone dies due to low battery. Two media personnel, eager to capture her heroic efforts, begin filming. However, Rani instructs the ward boy to escort them out of the hospital.
Digvijay arrives at the hospital and learns about the situation from Rani’s friend. When he spots Rani, he is visibly upset, but Rani quickly explains that she had called him first when she needed help. She reassures him that the woman and baby are fine, though she conceals certain details. Digvijay takes Rani home.
Back home, Narayani tells Devu to warm the food, anticipating their return. When Rani arrives, Narayani questions why she ignored their calls, and Rani explains that her phone was discharged. Just then, Digvijay receives an unexpected call from the hospital director. To his surprise, the director praises him but then claims that Rani has brought humiliation to the hospital. He instructs Digvijay to turn on the TV.
Everyone is stunned as the news reveals that Rani performed an operation without proper assistance. Defending herself, Rani insists that she only wanted to save the mother and child. However, this time, the entire family stands against her. Digvijay warns her about the consequences of her actions, emphasizing that the news is spreading rapidly.
Rani argues that many hospitals fail to provide timely treatment. She challenges Digvijay, asking what he would have done if she had been in the patient’s place. Narayani sternly tells Rani not to speak such words. Ishaan suggests that she should have consulted Digvijay for guidance. Rani clarifies that she had tried but couldn’t reach him.
Vijay advises Digvijay to visit the hospital and defend Rani, but Digvijay refuses, insisting that she must handle the situation on her own. Resolute, Rani decides to confront the hospital director and present her case. Meanwhile, Narayani and Baa support Digvijay’s stance, stating that they now have a reason to prevent Rani from attending college.
