The Episode starts with Digvijay confronting Sujata. She changes her statement and returns the gold bangles, gifted by Narayani, to Rani. Sujata tells Rani she won’t go against Alisha and apologizes to her. After Rani leaves for Rajkot, Alisha takes the bangles. She starts playing her game and claims no one trusts her. She tells Rani she’s leaving the house for good and walks away with a smirk. Pinky stops her and apologizes. Alisha pretends to be kind and tells Rani that Digvijay was her best friend. She says she’s not blaming anyone.
Narayani stops Alisha and says sorry for not believing her. Rani tries to explain, but Narayani yells at her. Alisha says Rani is just jealous because she saved Digvijay. Pinky asks Alisha to let it go. Baa serves food to Alisha and asks her to forget the past. Everyone joins for dinner, while Digvijay completely ignores Rani.
Rani confronts Alisha, claiming she’s sure Alisha is behind the conspiracy. She warns Alisha to stay away from Digvijay and his family. Rani tells Digvijay that no one is supporting her, not even him. Digvijay says he can’t believe she stooped so low to frame Alisha and announces she’ll now study from home. Rani promises herself that she will expose Alisha no matter what.
Mr Bajaj shows Alisha a newspaper report accusing Digvijay of using Dr. Lal to protect himself. He tells her the hospital’s reputation is on the line. Alisha assures him that Digvijay will return soon and they will profit from his comeback. Mr Bajaj questions her feelings for Digvijay, saying she always comes to save him and has even moved into his house.
Ishaan and Dhananjay discuss how Alisha is turning the tables on Rani. Rani asks Dhananjay to help get Dr. Lal’s bail since he supported her earlier. Dhananjay assures her they’ll manage it on medical grounds. Rani decides to shift her focus back to Alisha once Dr. Lal is out.
Mr Bajaj confronts Alisha for hiding the truth and says he’s hurt that she still wants Digvijay despite being with him. He reminds her of his support and accuses her of using him. He threatens to end their partnership and cut her off.
Devu tells Rani that Narayani was supposed to do her Godh Bharai, but now things are uncertain. Narayani tells Gayatri they must do the ceremony or people will question them. Pinky tells Narayani that Alisha is missing and her phone is off. She says Rani threatened Alisha last night. Digvijay gets upset and calls Rani. Pinky accuses Rani. Digvijay tries to contact Mr Bajaj, but learns from his staff that Mr Bajaj died of a heart attack. He also finds out Alisha is missing. Alisha meets with an accident. Digvijay panics. The police call an ambulance and everyone is shocked.
